I ordered delivery on a clearly marked gf item. From the level of symptoms I encountered, I believe I was subjected to cross contamination by a shared utensil or something. To be fair, I did not go in and deliberately tell them to change gloves/wash hands or use new utensils. They may be safe dining in.

This place has a ton of options. sandwiches can be made with a gluten free wrap. I asked about cross contamination and I was told confidently they make it as safe as possible by cleaning the grill and changing gloves before making the wrap/sandwich. lots and lots of options like bowls, salads, wraps and smoothies.
my food took a while but hopefully that means they were taking precautions. I got an Italian grinder on a gf wrap and it was delicious. i am celiac but not very sensitive I feel pretty confident this was relatively safe option and did not feel any negative side affects from my meal.

Absolutely understated, clean, happy vibe with delicious, healthy great food. Outside dining as well as inside. To Go for those on the move or quick lunches. Fast and environmentally friendly too. My new favourite place to eat out. Loved their golden beet salad with chicken, crushed cashews and goats cheese. Their Strawberry and Ginger Lemonade is just what this Scottish Lass Surviving in Texas, needed on this hot day 107oF! TY 💞💪🏴🇨🇱🙏

Cross contaminated 😞I was excited to try this place with so many " healthy" gluten free options.... I can quite confidently say this place is not safe. I didn't finish my meal before having major reaction and getting sick.

The online menu has dietary filters including gluten free that can be applied. Several naturally gluten free options or any sandwich can be made into a gluten free wrap. Have tried the Brekkie and the Club and enjoyed both!

If you have Celiac, I definitely would not eat here. I have eaten here 3 times and every time I got sick. I was so miserable from how bad my reflux symptoms were for the rest of the day. I’ve eaten a salad every time, but a different one each time. All of them were supposed to be GF - American, Beet, Kale & Quinoa. I went to the allergen menu on their website and now I know why. The American and the Kale & Quinoa both say that the “flavoring may contain gluten”, and I am not sure what item in the salads has the seasoning with possible gluten. The beet salad says “may contain wheat, gluten” (among other things). Never again…..

The gluten free wraps here are my favorite. I have to go and get one at least once a month. They also have clearly marked gluten free items and the staff is willing and able to work with you on questions of concerns. I’m gluten free and my best friend is gluten and dairy free, they always are able to accommodate us.

I’ve gone here multiple times and my kids order a wheat pb&j sandwich and every time my “gluten free wrap” has peanut butter and jelly on it and they have used the same knife to cut my kid’s sandwich and then cut my wrap. Terrible cross contamination and I’ve spoke to them multiple times about this issue. Managers seem nice but honestly I think the cooks could care less when you alert them that you are a celiac and gluten free. Don’t waste your time.
Only some of the menu has gluten free options but cross contamination measures are very poor here

They have a ton of gluten free options and I got a wrap with a gluten free tortilla. While it was delicious I definitely got cross contaminated. I asked if they prepared the gluten free wraps separately and they confirmed but I still got sick. A bowl might’ve been better.

EDIT: I reached out to the facility and they apologized and seemed genuinely concerned that there was an issue. I really appreciate when restaurants are willing to listen and make needed changes. We are hopeful to return and hope that first time was a fluke.
I tried this yesterday with my 8 yo daughter with celiac. She ordered the kid’s ham and cheese in the gf wrap and a chocolate milk. She loved the lunch and was so thrilled to find another place to eat. (I had a salad that was naturally gf.)
In her tried and true fashion when she gets glutened her complaints of tummy aches started an hour later and then the internal explosion. This was her norm from gluten. I don’t know which part hit her, but it was bad.
And it’s truly too bad because lunch tasted great! I’ve read other reviews and this was possibly a fluke. We may try it again.

Typically they are knowledgeable of GF and DF, but they screwed up a GF wrap order with bread. Simple mistake but easily caught. Need better training.
I’ve gone to the one in Scottsdale Arizona for 2 years. Moved to Texas was excited to know they are here. I never ever had a problem.

Many gluten friendly options. Ordered a gluten free wrap but I think there was some major cross contamination. About 3 hours post meal and I'm feeling the symptoms of gluten ingestion.
Great food, wraps, chop salads, bowls. GF options are clearly marked.
Yes
I ordered my salad (bbq chicken salad) went to affirm it was gluten free, as specified on the menue. The person taking my order had no idea what gluten free was, and had to ask me what it was... For a business the prides itself on being gf/ vegan etc there staff does not have a clue...

The food is really delicious and satisfying. The first time I got the beet salad and it was so good! My second time I got the Moroccan Turkey in a Gluten Free wrap and my mom got the Tuna Salad in a Gluten Free wrap. Both were full of flavor and filling.
They understand Gluten Free. Great wraps and bowls. They will customize the bowls by replacing dressings with gluten free dressing. Great GF cookies. Staff is great. The breakfast is wonderful too. Cooper, Wes and Naha all understand gluten free. Be sure and tell them Celiac and they will understand.
Yes
They have gluten free wraps for sandwiches. Amazing gluten free oatmeal toffee cookies! I can't leave that place without one, they also have a gf peanut butter one.
Ordered two bowls one gluten, one celiac safe, they delivered me two gluten bowls. And Forgot part of my order. My husband got to eat, said it wasn’t good.

It’s really hit or miss here. Told them I have celiacs. Got a gluten free wrap but they filled it with sauces that aren’t gluten free. Not worth the gamble. Wish they took it seriously.

Lots of GF options. Ate here for breakfasts and lunches and had great experience. Can order online, but quick service in person too. Great vegetarian options as well. Very healthy choice for eating out. Most meals come with veggies and healthy carbs (brown or black rice or sweet potato hash).

It is delicious. Absolutely the best gluten-free wrap I have ever had. Their juices are excellent too.

Staff is very knowledgeable on gluten allergies. They have gluten free granola they will substitute on the Açaí and Pitaya bowls. Their Coconut Chia Pudding is the best I’ve ever had! They also have fresh juices! One of our favorite breakfast places in Phoenix!

A good variety, they even double checked the vinaigrette and told me not gluten free so adjusted my wrap - they do have gluten free wraps and lots of choices
