I ordered GF chicken bites, cross-contamination seemed not to be taken seriously. My daughter and I were both very sick.

Called to see what the situation was, got told it was all good and ordered (and a few more times since) and it was all good no problem, it’s just like the gluten overcharge is A Thing.

Très bon service. La pizza goûte bon. Mon garçon peut choisir parmi les ingrédients sans gluten pour créer sa propre pizza! Il est heureux d’avoir lui aussi une pizza commander du restaurant.

I ordered the gluten free pizza crust, it looked good and tasted even better. Unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with the very familiar stomach aches and realized very quickly the pizza must’ve been in contact with gluten. They most likely do not have a dedicated oven for the gluten free crust unfortunately. Not recommended for people with celiac

I've ordered pizzas with both the gluten free and cauliflower crusts and have never had a problem (I'm celiac). They list which sauces, toppings and dips are gluten free and also offer gluten free chicken bites.

This is a classic - order once and don’t get sick from cross contamination. Order again and pay the price. I can’t say whether or not if you called and got ‘verbal’ guarantees that you would be ok or not. Personally I’m not that celiac. If a restaurant touts themselves offering gluten free and I decide to give it a whirl, I assume the risk. Bottom line is they are inconsistent and this isn’t something I support in a national restaurant, especially when there are so many better smaller establishments with better food I’d rather support.

Their cauliflower pizza is almost the same taste as the regular pizza.

Another addition of the Pizza Pizza franchise sandwiched between the new Popeye’s and A&W. The owners seem very knowledgeable and respectful of celiac concerns. It’s a very reliable gluten free pizza and a decent price.

I have no idea about the cross contamination measures but I ordered the gf cauliflower crust from the downtown location and didn't get sick! So I can't speak to every employee at every moment but they were definitely mindful of cross contamination at this time.

Je suis pas très intense quand il vient le temps de la contamination croisée, mais ils font très attention quand je leur demande et je suis toujours correcte
My daughter is Celiac and has never had a problem here.

After some research on the Pizza Pizza website about their gf offerings, they seemed pretty serious. I tried the Des Source location and was happy to see that the employees there also took it seriously. They have a specific area and baking tools for their regular gf and cauliflower pizzas. They are aware of the cross contaminations risks. They did mention that they get other clients with similar concerns. The pizza was delicious and well priced. I am happy that there is a gf pizza option that is so convenient in the West Island. They also have gf chicken nuggets that i will try next time
Yes
My favourite pizza place by far. Their cauliflower crust tastes exactly like regular pizza crust, but it's healthy! And they don't charge extra for dairy free cheese like every other pizza place does.
Part of the Pizza Pizza/Pizza 73 chain, but they do cheap gluten free pizza really well and like the rest of the franchises have a dedicated gluten-free process. We’ve been ordering from them since this location opened and there hasn’t been an issue. Also the Gluten Free Chicken bites are great.

Typical cc risk with pizza places. Good in a pinch. It was also very delicious.
Gluten free pizza was delicious! I did not question if they have a dedicated section, but am usually very sensitive and had no symptoms after eating at pizza pizza. Menu on website very clearly indicates gluten free options. They also have a gluten free cauliflower crust that seems delicious.
For the pizza pizza on HWY 15- If I could give no stars I would. I used to really enjoy the gf pizza. Last time I ordered online, brought it home, and looked at it- it looked completely different than their gf crust. Brought it back assuming it was a mistake, and the guy says it was their new cauliflower crust, and assured me that this was way better than the other crust, even though I specifically asked for the gf crust, not cauliflower. Not sure why they thought it was ok to change my order without my knowing, especially when an allergy is involved. Didn’t seem to take my concern seriously.

Great gluten free pizza and other gluten free options!

Found they did not take cross contamination seriously. Did not feel confident eating here.

Good pizza. Very thin crust. Decent topping selection.
As a celiac I had been very sick after eating their GF pizza that was by the way very good...

Great pizza that you can order online with many different gf toppings. I like their four-cheese blend of cheeses with asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes. Pizza always comes with the box sealed with a 'gluten-free' sticker. A friend loved that you can order your pizza as well-cooked as she likes it, with more or less sauce, as you wish. I like that I can order it online and get it within 40 minutes guaranteed (though usually closer to 30 minutes).

Pretty good pizza, variety of GF toppings available. GF only available in small (10") pizza.

This is a pizza chain all over Ontario. I had a medium thin crust GF pizza not too long ago and it was delish!
