Chicken/tomato/pesto over salad greens (sub for sandwich) and spinach/artichoke bisque
GF strawberry shortcake that was a perfect sponge cake and the frosting was soooo good!
Turkey panini on rice wrap. Toasted on a separate panini press. It was delicious.
