Went here with my daughter after shopping. Ordered our food. Appetizer came out gluten free and was delicious. My meal came out WITH the allergy pick in it BY the manager. It was delicious. After I was 3/4 done with my meal the manager ran out with a new meal for me and told me to stop eating as they had given me the gluten version of the meal instead. I was very sick for over a week as I’m a celiac and that much gluten really made me horribly sick. I was satisfied with how it was handled after the fact but it should not have happened to begin with and I will probably never go back.
They might take allergies seriously but their food was a joke. They brought out my meal - cod, green beans, fries and the cod tasted like dishwater and the green beans were smushed and sloppy. I sent it back and the staff were kind and let me order a salad to go. The salad is pathetic. For the price it’s not worth it. Having allergies means we make most if not all our meals to avoid sickness so when I go out it better be worth the money. No thanks. Won’t return.
Our new favorite place. They take allergies seriously and they have an entire diverse gluten free menu. The food is fantastic and the managers make sure if you order gluten free, that it is gf. They dont share counter space or anything. I dont worry about what I order and did I mention the food is great! Plus people not gf will find things they love too.
Multiple reviews below. Please read entire post. July 16, 2019, lunch. Ate GF Cuban sandwich, sweet potato fries and a flat bread pizza. Fantastic meal and absolutely no problem with cross-contamination. July 14, 2019, dinner. Wow. They take GF seriously. Fantastic gluten-free meal. Completely safe. Dedicated kitchen space, fryer, and even servers (the manager on shift). Posted photos of menu and my pulled pork mac-n-cheese.
I’ve gone here about 3 times now, haven’t gotten sick once and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the pulled pork Mac and cheese and and the crab dip appetizer is amazing, they have a dedicated fryer and ask you right at the door as you walk in if you need a gluten free menu. It’s a nice change to be able to eat at a mall for once, makes me feel a little more normal.
My understanding is 110 Grill started as a gluten free restaurant chain and then added items with gluten. Probably the most extensive gluten free menu I’ve ever seen. I assumed the dessert had gluten until the waitress informed me otherwise. Everything I’ve eaten here has been delicious and I’ve never gotten sick. It’s now one of my go-to spots.
Been here so many times I’ve lost count. Never had an issue and there’s a whole menu to choose from! Staff is always courteous and willing to double check if you are worried about ingredients. Managers are kind and knowledgeable about the food as well. 10/10
These guys have a separate menu and use a separate fryer for items. The gluten free food is amazing; I had the fish and chips and my wife had the chicken piccata and they were some of the best gluten free options we have had in awhile. Check these guys out and you won’t be disappointed.
We couldn’t be happier! The food was fantastic!! The service was great (Jacob in Holyoke was the best)! Well informed servers & managers, a FULL dedicated gf menu. Knowledge & standards far surpassed any expectation I could’ve had. My daughter & I have a new favorite spot.
They are completely aware and the service is great. They have a manager bring out your food with an allergy pick, your order is written in a different color (it’s been red for me) and they have a scratch kitchen and a area dedicated to Gluten-Free. This place is amazing and the food is to die for. The Grilled Cheese and tomato soup is so good. With the Peanut Butter Brownie Sunday (I forget what it’s called) but the food is great and the non Gluten Free food (according to my family) is just as good.
The staff is knowledgeable and it is a scratch kitchen. My husband has celiacs and has eaten here four times already and has never had a problem! Everything they put in their fryers is gluten free and their staff is trained in allergens extensively. I also have gluten dairy and nut allergies and they take amazing care. Service is excellent!
Brand new and a great option for Celiacs! Server, Holly, was very aware of the seriousness of Celiac. All allergy orders are hand delivered by a manager with a pick that says ALLERGY. Server was clear that if that didn’t happen, don’t eat it. Food was excellent and GF menu was huge! I will be returning and can’t wait to try more from the menu.
Unbelievable. Had an extension gf menu. Server takes your order in red pen so it is flagged for the kitchen. Manager delivers your food. We had the maple barbecue wings, short rib flatbread, steak and cheese sandwich and onion rings. Everything was delicious. I am a sensitive celiac and didn’t get sick! We will be back.
I am a very sensitive celiac and have been using the Nima to test everything I eat when not at home. I am extremely careful when testing and use clean utensils for each piece of food I am testing so I do not cross contaminate. I ate at 110 Grill in Latham, NY and everything tested gluten free and was fantastic. I was so excited that 110 Grill was now in Middletown, NY which is close to where I live. Unfortunately, I have nothing good to say. We waited over an hour for burgers and a flatbread. The only thing that that tested gluten free were the rolls. The assistant manager came over and she was condescending and arrogant. She acted as though celiac is the same as trendy gf or gluten intolerant. When I told her the food tested positive for gluten she made a face and said, "really, why is that? what do you think caused it?" She even commented that maybe one of the sauces or something isn't really gluten free because sometimes they say it is and it is not! It is my understanding that the manager was recently fired. Tara, a general manager from another location who was there temporarily, came over and I felt much better after speaking with her as she was professional and competent. I hope they can get this location on track.
There is separate gluten free menu, a ton of options!! The staff is very knowledgeable and everything is picketed when it’s served so you know it’s safe. They have gf rolls that were warm and freshly baked, it was amazing! My sisters had gf fish and chips and the other had gf pulled pork sandwich, I had gf pulled pork Mac and cheese, all very tasty and i didn’t get sick after!! I would definitely go back and a bonus is the choc cake is fantastic!
Omg. This place is AMAZING with gluten free. They ask you the moment you walk in. All the fried things are gluten free. Like all of them. And they make their own GF bread in house. They do serve non-gf friendly items but they clearly separate it. Definitely going to be back here!
I would love to write a review of the *food* at this place, but the service is so abysmal, I spent 20+ minutes there and never got so much as a glass of water, let alone food. I went on a Saturday right at noon. The place was mostly empty (maybe 6 tables total taken, with parties of 2 to 4 each). Despite all the empty tables, there were two people ahead of us, sitting next to the hostess station waiting to be seated. Eventually (after 5+ minutes of waiting), they got sat, and eventually we got sat. But then, 15 minutes after we sat down (10 minutes after putting down our menus), we STILL hadn't so much as gotten a glass of water or any acknowledgement from any of the four servers that were out on the floor. Being hungry, thirsty, and not wanting to have a 1--2 hour lunch, I went and asked the hostess what was up. She acted as if it was the fact that I was in a hurry that was the problem. She said my server was "busy" and she could assign me a less busy server. This seemed weird -- there were now maybe 8 tables taken, half seemed to already have their food, and there were at least four servers working. But OK. Before I agreed to this plan, I asked how long of a wait it would be to actually get food. The hostess said the kitchen had a 20+ minute BACKLOG. It was baffling. Were they not prepared for Saturday lunch? We arrived it noon. It was 12:20 pm when we had this conversation. The place was literally more than half empty. And the kitchen had a 20+ minute backlog. Seeing the writing on the wall, we left without eating.
Had a great dinner here. Service was excellent. When we were being seated, they asked if we needed a gluten free menu. The gf menu is enormous. So many items that my daughter can't try anywhere else. (Ex- crab rangoon dip) They have put a lot of effort into making as much of their menu adaptable to gf as they can. A manager brought out the gf items and they were labeled. We all loved our food and the atmosphere was great. Wish we had one of these closer to our home.
Wonderful restaurant. Menu was amazing. Such a large menu and almost everything is or can be GF. They greet everyone by asking if you need the GF menu. Then your server greets you asking if there are any allergies or special diets at the table.
So happy to see 110 Grill at Blackstone mall! The food was great especially the maple bbq wings. The waiters write the allergy orders in red pen to ensure attention is received. Manager brings out the meal.
I am gluten and soy free. The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and take them seriously. They have a separate gluten free menu with many choices and the food is delicious. It is such a pleasure to be able to eat out without worry and have such a great selection of food. Each food choice comes with a little wooden stick marked “allergy” designating that the food was specially prepared. I am now a happy, loyal customer.
One with celiac and one with egg allergy and lots of safe options for each. Impressive menu and food was very tasty. Separate fryers, and food allergy meals with flag stuck in them are served by managers. We felt very safe, noone got sick. Service was a little slow, otherwise 5 stars given. Also, prices are reasonable, not sure why it shows 3 $$$ instead of 2. Same ballpark price-wise as Carrabas, etc.
Food was fabulous as always. Tons of delicious gluten free options. A full menu in fact!! The staff here is always wonderful. Debbie was great for our dinner tonight - very friendly, efficient service, and a delightful part of our dinner out. Love coming here. Highly recommend!
Have been to two other 110 Grill locations and this one has been above and beyond the other two with service and GF attention. The GF bread 🥖 was so yummy and I ordered the GF fried pickles and pasta picara. Our waitress Shocka was excellent
I’ve eaten here numerous times (this location is very close to home) and never had an issue. Most of their menu can be made GF and the staff is knowledgeable. A manager brings out any of the allergy dishes separately and the wait staff uses a red pen when writing the order for allergies. So happy to have this chai in the area.
Amazing GF menu, very knowledge staff! You will be safe eating here! Manager hand delivers food to table. Toothpicks are assigned to food prepared without allergens! Waiter Joe very attentive and patient. Writes all GF requests in red pen. Don’t hesitate !
Awesome food, awesome service , great gluten free menu. super safe. Staff are knowledge they ask about allergies and the manager makes sure all is handled well. Excellent burgers, fries, sweet potato fries...burgers are $13. Tomato Basil Soup to die for so —fresh and perfect and unique texture ( cup $5 bow; $7_ Ask for gluten free rolls with ,eval or soup ( Holyoke site asks us ..they have the, here but so far you need to ask. They use Udi buns but because they warm the. Properly they do not come out flat and tasteless as they do elsewhere. Quick service and membership card to get awarded money towards food
Our waiter, Ken Ross, was great. So many great gluten free options. Gluten free food is brought out separately by the manager with a stick in it. Dedicated fryers. The meatloaf with onion rings was tremendous.
This restaurant was incredible! Being celiac I struggle so much to find truly edible enjoyable food. This restaurant had a gluten free celiac safe menu that was an entire huge page full of foods I thought I would never be able to enjoy again! Our server Zoe was a delight and the manager Rich was so attentive and friendly. We were seated by the kitchen and we immediately remarked “good now we can tell if we need to refuse my meal for unsafe celiac prep” as that is usually the experience in a restaurant but the head chef and the manager were absolutely on point. It was incredible! Great food. Great service. DEFINITELY will be going back ASAP!
This location just opened a few days ago so I was adamant about trying it so soon. But it was an amazing experience! We were lucky to have Mack as our waitress and she was SO attentive and caring about my Celiac Disease and dairy allergy. She also checked in multiple times after we received our pickle chips and my salad. I will say it was a bit slow, but I know that’s just because it’s a new spot. I love 110 so much!!
I can't begin to say enough good things about this restaurant. The food was amazing and they treated my daughter like gold. Everything was made and prepared separately for her. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!!
I have been eating at 110 Grille in NH for about 5 years, when my Sister in Law was diagnosed with celiac. I was totally impressed with how they go about handling food for celiacs. Since then I got diagnosed with celiac as well. I was so happy that the 110 Grill finally opened in Wrentham. I have been there several time and each time, the staff has been amazing, and well educated about celiac disease. They have separate work stations for preparing food for people with allergies, so cross contamination isn’t a problem, and the manager delivers the GF meal his or herself. The gluten free menu contains just about everything on the regular menu, and the food is delicious. Unlike some restaurants, there is no up-charge for gluten free food, it is the same as the regular menu, for things that I order. I am confident that celiacs can eat here without worry.
This restaurant was very gluten friendly and included a full 2 page gluten free menu. Our server e’ was very helpful and answered all questions about food options. The food was delicious and we were even able to enjoy dessert because the scratch kitchen allowed all desserts to be made gluten free. Highly recommended.
The restaurant is wonderful for celiac and gluten intolerant our waiter e’ was fabulous The kitchen is a scratch kitchen and food is fabulous. There is a 2 page menu and a dessert menu. I highly recommend the restaurant and our waiter e’
So good. The first question they asked “do you have any allergies”. We were in town for a hickey tourney and ate there twice. Burgers and gf buns were great. Flatbread was awesome. Wings too! So many great comfort foods and dedicated fryer!
Came here for the first time today after the Allergen & Gluten free expo. The food and service were both delightful. Our server, Tina, was absolutely amazing and the manager checked in multiple times to be sure everything was gluten free. I’m very pleased & didn’t have any issues!!
What a lovely safe meal we had here. Our server Juan was helpful and knowledgeable (apart from not knowing the WiFi login😀) I had read some reviews before I went to this restaurant, one had said they waited ages. I have to admit when your food is being cooked to order you can expect to wait. It’s not an issue, we waited only a short time. Staff were great and the drinks are moderately priced, great actually when comparing them with NYC prices. I will attend 110 grill again, maybe tomorrow.
They made me comfortable the second I came through the door. They are great with allergens and have an amazing GF menu. I had a pulled pork sandwich and fried pickles. Manager brings out your food with an “allergy” toothpick in it.
Wonderful gluten free options. The service from our waitress, Erin, was fantastic from start to finish. I enjoyed my burger, it was cooked perfectly. Getting to have fries and a gluten free bun was excellent. Will be back!
AMAZING GLUTEN FREE EXPERIENCE! 110 Grill takes allergies super serious - your food comes out with an allergy pick, gets coded in RED in the computer/notepad AND a manager brings it out. The menu for GF is VERY extensive - I've never had so many fried options in my life! They have a completely dedicated fryer and gluten free buns. I had the GF pulled pork, topped with fried onion straws, coleslaw and pickles. It was divine - the sweet potato fries were great - not the hottest, but honestly I don't care about that My husband ordered GF as well so he got the Cuban - which was a combo of pork, ham, fried pickles, and swiss cheese- it was a combo of hot and cold - which was weird, but still good. KIMBERLY OUR SERVER WAS GREAT - attentive, quick to check on us and super sweet. DEFF WOULD GO BACK Also, we ordered two sandwiches, an appetizer, and a beer for under 50!
Amazing with gluten free. Everything on the menu can be made gluten free. Everything gluten free is served by the manager and comes with an “allergy” skewer. I’ve been twice and had great service both times. I am very sensitive, even to cross contamination, and have been totally fine both times eating there (although I have over stuffed myself both times because the food was so good!)
I know it’s a chain but I had never been. Food was amazing, all food went from server to cook to manager (who had to bring it out), triple checked, it was amazing. Had GF warm rolls, fried pickles and a shrimp/clam pasta dish all labeled with their allergy stick. Verified all fried items were in a dedicated fried and pasta was cooked in its own water, never mixed with gluten pasta. Great experience!
