I would recommend saying your allergies after each time you order something sometimes the waiter/waitress forgets to put it in
I had the gluten free fish and chips. It was very good. They also had an extensive dessert menu. The peanut butter brownie sundae was heavenly!
We’ve been eating regularly at 110 for a couple years now - both the Latham and Crossgates Mall locations. Unfortunately, the quality and consistency fluctuates, and we’ve had a handful of poor experiences. However, one thing I can say with confidence is that there has never been an issue with our food allergies, which is really impressive. It’s the ONLY restaurant in our area that I feel completely comfortable ordering my food and have zero concerns about cross-contamination. Sometimes service is slow and/or disappointing, portions are small, and once a burger was undercooked. But most of the time the food is good and we’re happy enough to keep going back! The fish & chips are my fave, and it’s so nice to have the option to eat a wide variety of GF foods. I also appreciate that they change up the food and add seasonal specials. All in all, the best place to go for a solid meal and the peace of mind of not getting sick!
I’ve eaten at 110 for over two years at least 50 times. I’ve NEVER been glutened and they have been extremely careful. I trust this place as if I were cooking it. Great staff, prices, and food. Their rewards program is actually good. I just wish they would change their menu more frequently since I go there so much. Overall I highly recommend this to folks who want to safely eat gluten free and have more than a handful of options.
We ate here twice on way back and forth to lake placid from nyc area. They are amazing for people with celiac like me and my son! Dedicated GF fryer, you can have fried chicken, French fries, fish tacos, etc along with pizza flatbreads. Manager brings out food marked with food allergies. If I ingest gluten I get very sick so I’m a good test case and I was totally fine here both times! Will go back whenever we can.
Fantastic food! Went here for a gluten free friend. They had a separate gf menu with just as many options as the regular menu. The server told us they have separate fryers, grills, and utensils. She also said they have staff trained on allergens and only the manager is allowed to run the gf food. Good experience.
Awesome and extensive gf menu. Separate dedicated fryer. Extremely knowledgeable staff.
I really love this restaurant they have a great menu and options for ALL allergies! They even have a completely gluten free kitchen! Although every time I go there it seems there is completely new staff which is a bit weird but the food is great. Right now they are a little understaffed so the kitchen gets backed up but still love the food!
Food was delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable, the waitress even said she had celiac herself. Sadly by the time dinner was over I was severely sick. Now the next morning and I’m still feeling the pain of this glutening. Not sure what caused it but pretty sure it was something from here. :(
First time customer, our server Lana was the best!!!! Will absolutely come back.
The 110 grill is a celiac’s dream!! The managers deliver all allergy food (with a pick marking it as well) to the table to make sure there are no mix ups. The food is delicious and there are soo many options! I’m trying to make my way through the entire menu. I think they use chickpea pasta (which I’m not crazy about in general, but it’s still great). So far I love the nachos, the salmon dishes, turkey burger, and the flat bread! Ahh, so good! 😍 I’ve never gotten sick from here (although I’m a silent celiac). 110/10 would recommend.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating about allergies. If you are celiac, sensitive, or allergy you will for sure find an amazing meal here. They have a dedicated gluten free menu and when you walk in they ask if you would like a gluten free menu before you even get the chance to ask. There is gluten free alcohol, desserts, and most things can be made gluten free. When your food is brought out it is brought out directly from the manager with an allergen pick you ensure there is no cross contamination. To top it all off when the bread and butter is brought out they bring out a gluten free equivalent. What a great restaurant!!
2024 Update: I’m pretty much a regular at this spot now and I just wanted to share how much I love the staff and the atmosphere! They know how to handle cross contact safety, the drinks are awesome and the food is cooked right. Love coming here with my parents and stuffing our faces♥
………..
First time I went here I had a bad experience but they had just opened and there was a lot of covid chaos. I’ve been back one time since and it was a completely different experience. Food was great and didn’t have any issues
As always, 110 Grill is a safe (literally) bet.
After asking how many people, the host asked if anyone wanted a Gluten Free menu. Basically everything at 110 Grill can be made GF and they have industry-setting standards for cross-contamination prevention, also dedicated GF fryers.
Everything we ordered was delicious and safe for me. Only note is that their GF bread is kind of sad. I forgot and ordered a grilled cheese for one of my little ones, who was unimpressed. So, avoid the GF grilled cheese, but the pastas are solid, I love the BBQ chicken salad and the sweet potato fries!
