I had the Snapper and grilled vegetables which was delicious but pretty sure I got cross contamination somehow.

Our first experience was stellar. The manager came out and spoke to us and noted the celiac concern. The food was great and I felt very confident in coming back.

However, tonight we came out and they served a gluten item with the gluten free fish. The waitress expressed concern and assured us she had spoken to the kitchen directly regarding our celiac. She also stated that she wouldn’t trust eating out if she had a major allergy, which she meant to be kind but struck me poorly.

Then the manager came over and he didn’t seem overly concerned. He just stated we should have specifically said no rice despite us having ordered off the gluten free menus and stating we were celiac. We pointed out the item on the menu when we ordered and it says on the menu it is served without rice because of the gluten. Very upsetting experience.

**I added a star because the manager came back a second time and gave us a $15 gift card. He then apologized and said they would try to fix the issue. As long as We don’t get ill, I’m willing to give them another try. But make sure to ask for the manager when you order. They might be able to track it better.

***Been back again and did a better job. Added another star. Made sure to talk to manager this time. I would still be cautious when you go and make sure you are clear on what you need.

***Update 6/2019, Again they messed up our whole meal despite strict instructions to the waitress. This kitchen just can’t get it together. I’m not super sensitive to being glutened, but even after they remade our food, I didn’t feel good after eating. For those that are sensitive, I’d avoid this place. Too bad, cause their food is good and close to the movie theatre.

They lost their gluten free menus and no one new where they were. Service was slow and we were not a priority. Food was average they could do better.

They have Omission Beer! It's gluten free and good!

We’ve been twice and their food is very good!

It’s a fun place, lots of crazy decor, good energy. The waitstaff has been great, both times. Fun, personable and has checked on anything they were uncertain about. There is a QR code on the menu that’ll take you to their gluten free menu. So far, I’ve tried the chicken wings (very good), tater kegs (different, probably won’t order again, but “ok”, nachos (very good, but you have to substitute to make gf), and I’ve had a burger and fries before. Those were both very food too. We’ll be returning, for sure.

Tasty food. Many options for gluten and dairy free meals. Willing to work with us. Fast service. Our only complaint is that their allergy information is only online.

I eat here a lot. There is a ton to choose from-Nachos, California bleu salad, sandwiches, tater kegs are some of my favorites (some with modifications). They have a GF menu online. I have never had a reaction after eating here. It’s one of my favorites.

We had the best experience at lunch yesterday! My daughter has Celiac plus severe egg and nut allergies. It's very difficult to find (and trust) any restaurants where she can eat. I saw they had a Gluten Free menu and opted to speak to a manager to ensure I felt confident her food would be handled carefully to avoid cross-contamination. The manager told me they take allergies very seriously at their restaurant and that they will take care of us. He said, on a personal note, that his girlfriend has Celiac Disease, so he is well aware and informed on steps that are needed to avoid cross-contamination. My daughter ordered the Cheeseburger with no bun since it contained eggs (but they do offer a gluten free bun) with french fries since they use a dedicated fryer. She was in heaven! We are so thankful to have found this gluten/allergy conscious gem in Edwardsville and will be back!
