The staff was helpful. I had the pizza with Brussels Sprouts, bacon and goat cheese. It was delicious and I had no problem afterward. It is so nice to be able to go to a movie and actually order off the menu, eat truly great food and not get sick!

They do no have dedicated fryers, so their French fries are fried in the same oil as their chicken fingers. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and steered me towards a delicious garden salad, popcorn, and adult beverages. They do offer cauliflower pizza crust for a $2 up charge.

If you have celuac disease, the safe food options are popcorn, and candy. They operate an open air kitchen and hand toss their pizza, which means all plates, bowls and silverwarebare contaminated, regardless of what you order.

I love the Alamo and have not gotten sick from the popcorn, beef or vegan burger with gluten free bun (not toasted), or salads but I just got sick from the French fries. They have a separate fryer for just for the fries so I took the chance of eating the fries (clearly mistake in retrospect), but they must use the same oil because I got glutened.

When ordering here, I was told that the French fries are gluten free since they are not fried in the same fryer as everything else. I didn’t get sick, so I’d say they’re pretty safe. I gave 3 stars because the menu really doesn’t offer too much for GF.

The pizza I had was so-so. That said, I’m really appreciative of the GF options.
