I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick. They have gluten free buns and a dedicated food prep area as well as fryer. I was served a regular bun once at the drive through. I gave it away as soon as I saw it. Check your bag before you leave.

A great experience & staff was very knowledgeable!! My cross contamination is really severe, and I felt no reaction from eating here! They even have a picture of the gluten free bun on the wall along side their other menu items, which made me feel so great. They told me that their fries were gluten free and they were the best fries I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back the next time I visit bentonville.

10/10 recommend! We took our 10 year old daughter with celiac here twice in one weekend while in town visiting family. The cook, Marty, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My daughter loved that there was a separate gf area in their kitchen, and there was a dedicated fryer. We went with kids and adults who were not gf in addition to 1 with celiac. Everyone loved their food and the prices were reasonable. Marty’s gf protocol was top notch. Washed hands, wore gloves, and knew the ‘ gf lingo’ so to speak. It was nice to have a spot to eat as a family and not have our daughter get sick! (Thank you for taking it seriously, Marty!) Only thing we would have liked is to have more knowledge around the shakes. The ice cream wasn’t labeled gf. They weren’t sure about the add ins. But, hey, yummy burger and fries ? Win!

I came in and said, I have celiac, and the person at the register said, what’s that? I cannot have gluten, wheat, barley, or rye. Another blank stare. I should have ran away after that honestly but I was starving so I asked to speak to a manager. Head cook came forward and showed me the GF flour they use to fry things and showed me the buns. I asked for hand washing, new gloves, fresh toppings and was told they could accommodate. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fried pickles. Then the manager came out and reassured me that they were taking proper precautions and had a dedicated fryer. Food came out separately from everyone else. Pickles were great! Sandwich was below average. I don’t think I’ll try it again. But the manager was very nice and the pickles were good.

Very good gluten free buns and fried pickles! Staff was very knowledgeable about CC and gluten allergies/Celiac. I had the fried chicken sandwich (all gf) and the chicken was kind of bland, but a nice break from the normal grilled chicken without a bun. Would definitely go back!

Great gluten free bun. Amazing fried pickles. Helpful staff. They made sure the kitchen was alerted to gluten free and needed to be done due to allergy. Manager came out to check on everything. I appreciated them reaching out. The burgers were delicious.

This is a better version of Five Guys with more options and better flavor. Great quick serve options. The fryer is safe and we were able to get GF breaded chicken tenders and fried pickles. The employees seemed very knowledgeable and were very accommodating. It was a great quick dinner.

Ordered gluten free burgers and gluten free fries and sweet potato fries. All GF eaters agreed it was the best gluten free burger and bun eaten in a long time! No one likes the regular fries as they seemed overdone, too dark and maybe even old oil but the sweet potato fries were yummy. I’d definitely come back here if I lived in town.

I was glutened :( the guy at the register seemed very “whatevery” about it being safe. When I asked if there was a separate space for the food to be made he said “uh well kinda, but it will be gluten-free” Everything tasted really good! But was extremely sick the next day. I ate everything else that day at home and it is the only thing that could have gotten me sick. I was so excited to go, it was really disappointing after reading that the father of the owner has celiac. 100% would not risk it, maybe at a different location.

Amazing!! We had the pajama jack with fries and a snack jack (added bacon) with sweet potato fries along with an order of onion straws. They also had gluten free buns. The cashier/server was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful and it was so nice to have fries and onion straws. The sweet potato fries were awesome. If your in Bentonville and want a burger and fries this is the place to go! We will be returning

Our favorite place to eat! Almost everything on the menu can be gluten free, separate fryers, and a great burger bun. Our celiac kid also asks to go here all the time because he can have the same thing everyone else is having.

I read a local magazine article that the owner’s father is Celiac, so they opened a restaurant their family could eat at. Dedicated kitchen area and fryer. My daughter’s food even came in a separate bag from the gluten items that were ordered.

My daughter had their chicken nuggets (off the kids menu) and she said it didn’t taste GF and she was worried. No signs of an order mix up and she’s thrilled.

I have to say it was quite thrilling to eat a burger on a bun that was actually a delicious bun and also eat French fries that were wonderful...and not get sick! I also don't eat meat, so the burger was the black bean kind - but with all the fixings was really great! Can't wait to go back!

Good burger and fries. Cashier was new but seemed trained and knowledgeable about the menu. Onion rings are not gluten free but are done in a separate fryer. Almost the entire menu can be had gluten free and is done in separate prep areas. Pretty standard burger but tasty and I felt very comfortable eating here. Would definitely go back!

I’m celiac and my wife is lactose intolerant and this is one of the best burgers we’ve ever had. I had the single patty no cheese and it was moist, the bun was lightly toasted and the beef tasted great. Sweet potato fries were good. GF dedicated kitchen. Dedicated GF fryer. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Talked the the owner and he was rightfully proud of his restaurant. We’re happy to support this business and we liked it so much we got another burger to go even though we were stuffed!

I’m not celiac but sensitive with IBS. I got the burger with blue cheese. Asked for no jalapeño which it comes with on menu and GF bun. Bun was fantastic! They forget to leave off the jalapeño at first, I took a big bite and immediately had burning mouth, coughing and watery eyes (I have no tolerance for them). Went to counter and they promptly replaced my order with a fresh non-jalapeño version and it was great! Burger and fries and water for just under $10 dollars! Delicious and no IBS reaction.

One of my go-to places for a quick meal. I recommend going inside to order though. It's hard to hear in the drive through and sometimes they don't catch that it needs to be gf.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Almost everything on the menu can be made Gluten-free. The Original Jack burger with 2 beef patties and cheddar cheese was scrumptious and juicy. A five napkin burger. That means it's really good in my book. The fried gluten free dill pickles were an unexpected treat. Highly recommend this place if you are struggling to find gf options. Wish we had an Angus Jack's at home.
