Editing my review- they no longer have a dedicated fryer! Chips are no longer safe. I also mentioned that I have celiac and they brought out my bowl with a fried tortilla. Be careful when ordering here.
Y’all, let me tell you that I haven’t had tacos this good since I lived in California. We ate here tonight and 90% of their menu is GF. They also have a dedicated fryer for chips so they are SAFE! I’m celiac and have had no reaction. I’m so excited to have a safe place to eat so close to home. Delish.
I am highly sensitive to cross contamination and I had no reaction. The tacos are amazing too!!
The chips are no longer fried in a dedicated fryer. The wait staff seems to be less knowledgeable about allergies than they were previously. Highly disappointed in my return experience.
So many options that are clearly marked. Server was knowledgeable and food was excellent. Delicious tacos and guacamole. I’ve eaten here several times now with no issues.
I’ve eaten here 4-5 times. I’ve generally had a good experience, though there are inconsistencies about what is gf on the menus. And some things are marked gf that have potential cross contamination issues, such as one of the quesos. However, the last time I ate there, they brought out half my tacos in a flour tortilla. I had told the server about needing gluten free and even wrote it boldly on top of the taco order form. I informed the manager, and she apologized but didn’t seem very concerned. My advice is to check all your tacos before you start eating them and make sure to verify they know it is gluten free while ordering and when it arrives. You may also want to ask specifically that the person making the tacos changes their gloves.
