Best experience for GF! They create a separate work space and change gloves, wash hands, show ingredients per company policy then serve. Super safe and lots of options too!
Had a delicious and safe ice cream experience there tonight. Had a list of all GF ice creams and said they would use their allergy protocol to scoop mine. Great service!
They are so so thorough. I make the 30 mins drive on a regular basis because it’s safe and the staff is knowledgeable. They take their time. Highly recommend.

We asked about GF options and the employees showed us on the menu what should be ok. They told us the precautions they take for GF orders which included washing hands, scooping with a separate clean scoop from a separate stash of ice cream to avoid cross contamination. They also pulled up the recipe for each item ordered and asked us to read the ingredient list for approval. Great service!

Staff was polite and there were lots of flavor options that didn't hav gluten in them. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Shop is able to accommodate no cross contact, I asked them to serve from a fresh bin and they used a clean scoop. Their website clearly states which flavors are certified GF.

Such a great experience, especially with the tour. When ordering ice cream, the employees change gloves and wash from the elbows down plus get new containers and scoops. They are very knowledgeable and friendly regarding allergies! Daughter was so happy to enjoy ice cream and experience the factory!! All the employees seem well trained in allergies
Felt super safe for my daughter. The GF flavors are well identified on the menu. The employee said there was no problem, he would put on new gloves, take a new spoon and open a new container which he did. They already serve in small bowls to eat with a spoon :) Delicious !
