They have “gluten sensitive” items marked on the regular menu, but these items do not account for CC or tell you how something needs to be modified to actually be GF. For example, several fried items are labeled “GS”, but they do not have a dedicated fryer, and many of the sauces on items marked GS are not GF. The staff are not very knowledgeable, but are willing to talk to the kitchen and answer questions. I settled on a steak with no sauce, mashed potatoes, and asparagus and they Nima tested GF. If you go here, ask lots of questions!
The menu is labeled and gluten free items are indicated however, be aware the location we visited does share fryers. So if cross contamination is an issue for you I would mention it to your server and question the items. Originally ordered the Brussel sprouts but was told they use a shared fryer so was unable to have those. Beware of sauces, server confirmed the steak sauce we received was not GF.
Had a great experience our server was also one of the managers and she was terrific making sure I was aware of any possible cross contamination issues so I could avoid those items. I got a steak and shrimp combo with a sweet potato, potato was a bit mushy, but overall everything was great!
