Very knowledgeable staff on GF. They changed their gloves and used separate utensils for GF sauces and ingredients. The GF pizza was put on a designated pan to bake. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was delicious! I was very happy that they had a large variety of toppings to choose from as well. I just wish we had a Blaze Pizza back home so we can enjoy GF pizza more often!
My daughter with Celiacs got a pepperoni pizza on a gluten free crust. We alerted the person who took our order that it was a gluten allergy. They had dedicated sauce. They did get her cheese and pepperoni off the regular line. They put her pizza on a special mat to go into the pizza oven. She really enjoyed her pizza and did not get sick.
Excellent service! They take GF very seriously - changing gloves & utensils. Most toppings are GF & crust was delicious!

The staff was very knowledgeable of being gluten-free. They use dedicated bins for gluten-free sauces and dedicated utensils and pans. The lady that fixed my pizza washed her hands and changed gloves before touching my pizza dough. She then followed down the line fixing my pizza instead of passing it onto the other fixers. I was very impressed with the way they handled my food. Will definitely be going back there.

Very good crust celiac aware
Many GF options. I’d rather pay for a GF BYO pizza here than a frozen GF pizza for the same price + less fresh toppings. They remade my pizza, saying there was a CC issue and I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to restart for my safety. 10/10 would recommend GF pizza from here. It was delicious!
Blaze is incredibly well-priced, filling, tasty, and full of options! My favorite gluten free & dairy free comfort food option.
They had an entire cross-contamination protocol and the gf crust was really good. Great experience.
