They offer GF and cauliflower crusts. The pizzas are cooked in the same oven, but on its own stone for allergies. Be careful if you have celiac! They seem to only have one pizza cutter, which was used on my pizza. They made me a new one and I cut it myself at home.

Best gluten free pizza I've ever had!
Crust a bit thin in the center but tastes good.
Alas, I got glutened.
I heard that Blaze Pizza was a safe place for celiacs, so I decided to take the risk and try it. I went as soon as it opened in the morning, when there would be the least amount of flour dust in the air and in the ovens. I choose the gluten-free cauliflower pizza crust with two or three simple toppings.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They pointed me out to exactly which toppings had gluten in which ones did not, including the cheeses and sauces. A manager gave her employee specific instructions about changing gloves and not letting the crust touch the counter, and the employee willingly complied. I wore a mask while I was inside and then ate outside. The pizza was delicious, top-tier.
However, a bit later I began feeling abdominal pains, bloating, and that weird stitch on one side of my ribcage. For the next few days, I had glutening symptoms. I felt like I had done everything right as far as I was able, except of course for going to a pizza restaurant in the first place. It seems that even the most careful practices from my end and theirs weren't enough.

Not Celiac-safe; I got sick with the cauliflower crust pizza, and we even informed them it was allergy-related prior.

When asked about gluten-free crust, opening new toppings from the back to avoid cross-contamination, using separate utensils, I was told if they had time they would but normally they just grab from the same containers and they’ve never seen anyone sick in years. I said well I’m glad no one’s reported being sick, but anyone that is truly celiac could get sick the way you’re grabbing the cheese and putting it on the regular pizza dough. Very disappointing.

We love Blaze Pizza, and this location was the best so far about taking cross contamination precautions with no fuss, no funny looks, and no acting confused. They changed gloves, cleaned surfaces, and used sauce and cheese from the back. The staff were super nice, including being very sweet to my 5 year old who insisted on ordering for all of us. :)
The crust was not bad, and not undercooked like it was at another location.

Cardboard pizza, expected but still disappointed. Had better pizza in a school cafeteria.
