I asked for the GF dough and let them know I have Celiac Disease and they need to watch for cross-contamination. They marked my order with a warning about this, and they were all very diligent. I love that I can watch and be sure that they are preventing contamination, and everyone was friendly. Nobody made me feel like it was some big hassle, and I never had to remind anyone to be cautious.
Plus, the pizza was delicious. The regular GF crust has a great flavor, and while it's thin, it's still soft. They also offer keto and cauliflower crusts, both of which are GF. They're fine and I love having those options when I'm restricting my carbohydrates, but the taste and texture isn't as good, in my opinion.

It seems they've recently started taking gluten free preparation more seriously as part of their training, but it still depends on who you get assembling your pizza.
Make sure to insist they use a different tub of sauce and a different ladle to pour/spread it. The same goes for any ingredients that need to be added with a utensil - that utensil needs to be dedicated gluten free.
Also, watch your pizza in the oven closely. Some of the employees will let you know if your pizza slid off the plate they use to prevent cross-contamination, and will offer to re-make your pizza. Some won't.
You can get good gluten free pizza out of this place, you just need to be attentive and assertive. However, remember to also be polite and understanding - you're representing the rest of this community.
I will never forget the day I got glutened from this blaze location. I was crying from the pain for three hours, unable to move. NOT SAFE. They do not take as many precautions as they claim.
No
They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
