Extremely unsafe. When you ask for gf crust the employees ask allergy or preference. When I said allergy the employees actually looked angry that they had to clean the equipment. They still put the pizza in the same oven as the gluten pizzas, so it’s almost inevitable that you’ll get cross contaminated. I will never eat here again, after getting terribly sick.

Worst quick-service pizza place I've been to. And unlike Fresh brothers and Pizza Rev, they don't care about taking allergy precautions. Cross-contamination Central! Hard pass for me... Unless they start being aware that if they offer gluten free pizza, it needs to actually be gluten free. Otherwise it's just a different kind of crust.

Unimpressed with the food and the service. Want GF pizza? Go to Evo.
I met friends here, who informed me that they serve gluten-free pizza. I got in line and asked the guy handling the dough if the GF dough was prepared on a separate surface. He said yes, and I got excited.
When I got to the server taking orders, my hopes were dashed. I asked the server about gluten in the sauces and toppings, and she had no idea. I asked her if there was any way to find out. She said no, and suggested that I eat elsewhere.
My friends found the manager, who did know the allergen info, so I was eventually able to order a pizza. While I appreciate that the server didn't lie about her lack of knowledge, they need to train their employees better. Also, the information on the website (which I looked at later) was different from what I was told in-store.
PIZZA, Red Vine: limp GF crust, no flavor. Chunks of mozzarella cheese were over cooked as compared to the other toppings.
SALAD, goat cheese and beets: limp arugula, only two slices of beets, smooshed into a plastic clam shell, not enough dressing for the salad.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
