I will literally never return to Blaze ever again. Although the staff changed gloves and did everything they could, this place is just simply not safe for people with celiac disease. The last time I ate here I got one of the sickest I have ever gotten from gluten. I literally can’t even look at pizza the same anymore.

I was so impressed!!!!! They put my pizza on a cloth piece before putting it on where they put all the other non gluten pizzas, they changed gloves, and used special pizza cutters. They did a job well done.

I loved their gluten free cauliflower crusted pizza. By far, the best one I’ve had yet, perfect flavor.

They did a great job changed gloves, for her toppings from unopened containers per our request, keep the pizza away from others in the oven and cut with dedicated pizza cutter. My daughter is celiac and highly sensitive and no problems.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!
