I’m gf intolerant and usually very sensitive to cross contamination, but I have gotten the gf pizza from here multiple times and have not had any issues. At times, the gf dough isn’t cooked right and the pizza ends up being bendy, but it does always taste good. There are multiple gf crust options: the normal cauliflower option and the vegan/gf option (which i normally get). Usually I order pickup so I don’t see people preparing so there may be times of minute cross contamination that I may not be sensitive to.

I have celiac disease. It's nice having three crust options, and they have protocols to protect against cross contamination, like GF crusts go in a pan before the oven and a separate cutting station, but follow your pizza down the toppings line. Someone almost cross contaminated mine if I hadn't stopped them, and they gave me attitude about it.
Mine took twice as long as everyone else, and still seemed a little undercooked.

I don’t have celiac and understand eating out at non-dedicated facilities carries some risk, but I’m rarely so uncomfortable with the environment that I consider not eating my food, like I was here. I’ve been to other Blaze locations and had a fine experience, but they made my pizza right on the line, only changes gloves because I asked, and would have used the same knife to cut it had I not been paying attention and stopped them. Could have just been an off night as they were pretty busy, but exercise caution.

The staff were knowledgeable about gluten free but didn’t do much to avoid cross contamination. Using the same utensils.

I loved the pizza I got. They automatically assumed to change gloves and put the crust in a tin when I said gluten free crust as well
Great thin crust gluten free pizza - lifesaving for my Drexel student. Not greasy- she loves it and she’s super picky. Plenty of topping choices.
Yes
Although they prepared my pizza in the back area away from the other ingredients, the pizza cutter station was not adequately prepared. The same area was used to cut my pizza, although with a separate cutter, however their was too much cross contamination and I became very sick.
No
Pizza was great however, cross contamination has me nervous. I saw the employee handling regular dough hand the gal that was going to make my GF pizza the black liner. I called it out and asked to please have a glove change with a new liner. They did it with no questions asked. Gal got sauce from a different area. All seemed great. Then the employee that got my pizza out of the oven placed my pizza down. When he moved it the black liner wasn't completely covering the table where part of my pizza was placed. Unfortunately, I will be the next test subject of possible cross contamination at Blaze Pizza.

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.
