I’ve had mixed experiences here, they’re great about grabbing ingredients from under the counter to avoid cc, but the last steps are iffy. The pizza got very close to the others in the oven and was used maneuvered by the same spatula. It sits on its own mat, but the chance of cc is still close. Once it’s out of the oven, I would request for a change of gloves, a clean slicer, and for the staff to slice the pizza in a designated area.

First time trying Blaze pizza and we had an EXCELLENT experience! Zack took care of us and was awesome, he took our orders and made the food in the back with fresh ingredients. Food was brought out and cooked on gf mats on one side of the oven. Then with a change of gloves put in boxes and cut with a new slicer. I did ask that the parchment not be put in the box since it was on the counter and cc, was not a problem. Overall great service. Zack went above and beyond!

The BEST pizza! They have gluten free and dairy free options which is awesome. I’ve never had a bad reaction here, the food is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable. They change gloves, utensils, everything. I love coming here!

Pizza was good until I got severely ill. May not be cross contaminated while making, however once it’s in the oven it’s fair game as it’s touching everywhere normal pizza is fired.

They DO offer gluten free crust ***BUT*** refuse to work with you to keep your order gluten free!!! The will ONLY use the toppings that are out (& already cross comtaminated🥺) worse reaction ever when I asked them to use fresh gloves! I left without making a purchase.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!
