Celiac kid worked there. Definitely not safe for celiac. Great if you want gluten free because you are trendy

The GF pizza took 3 min longer, but it was very yummy. They do change the glove.
They out in a lot of effort. And if there is any concern of accidental cross contamination, they'll make you a brand new one.

Very good pizza with option for soy cheese! They changed gloves and used special pizza cutter for my son!

Definitely not celiac friendly, although they do try. Great for gluten free pizza lovers, I'm sure.

Website was easy to use and had gluten free items listed well. Staff changed gloves, got tomato sauce from gluten free container, pressed the crust on separate machine, and cooked it on a silicone mat so the gluten free crust didn't touch the oven surface. Also cut with gluten free pizza cutter and cutter employee changed gloves. They did a good job trying to make it as gluten free friendly as possible. With they all said, I wouldn't say it's celiac friendly from a cross contamination point of view if certain employees aren't trained as well (lots of teenagers there) and just from a flour residue flying around point of view. Three stars for effort.... And the pizza was ok but I probably wouldn't go back and only went as I was traveling and with family who picked the restaurant.

Like someone else said, first thing they ask when you get to the counter is if you'd like a glove change. That ROCKS! If you have never been, I highly recommend, VERY celiac friendly! I will certainly be back. Thanks Blaze Pizza

Best GF pizza I have found. Workers very knowledgeable. Asked if needed glove change, special press for crust on special cooking sheet, even a separate pizza cutter at the end. Great toppings, many choices. Highly recommend.

Got super sick, don't do it!
For the $3 up charge and unlimited toppings, definitely the best gf value around but most importantly, the BEST tasting pizza I've had in the country. You will NOT be disappointed! Ask them to cook a bit longer so it's crispy throughout and they are awesome about keeping it a safe dining experience.
Highly recommend! The minute I said I wanted the gluten free crust, the employee asked if I'd like a glove change, marked it in big bold letters, and they make their own GF dough on a dedicated press, with a special liner so it doesn't get contaminated in the oven. The only trouble spot I noticed MIGHT be an issue, was they didn't have a dedicated pizza cutter for GF pizza (but the guy doing the cutting also changed his gloves as soon as he saw the note on my order). So I would watch for that, and I'm sure they would wash one or give you a clean one. They were VERY Celiac friendly, and considering the price is only about $10-$12 (about on par with Chipotle, and much more cooperative and understanding in my opinion), I was very, very impressed with knowledge and controls put in place.

I really liked this place and felt safe. They put the dough on a mat so it’s not on the same surface as the gluten pizza when cooking it. They changed the gloves and made sure no one touched my pizza with gluten hands. They have a certain sauce just for gluten free pizza. They got ingredients from the bottom that weren’t touched and used a clean pizza cutter to cut my pizza. They didn’t seem to mind accommodating. I apologized for being complicated and they were just like it’s not that big of a deal.

Don’t eat here! I got such attitude on the gluten free ask. The girl was so put out that she didn’t even get the toppings from a clean container. I paid for the pizza and threw it out. I will never go there again!!

I like this restaurant, it provides gluten free pizza, which is very important to my family members, they are allergic to gluten. and it is not easy to find the true gluten free food such as Blaze Pizza

Went in and ordered a pepperoni pizza with gluten free crust. They asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said allergy they did a glove change, offered to pull ingredients from the bottom, have a designated red sauce just for gluten free items, and we’re very kind and didn’t act like it was a bother to go through those extra steps. My husband who is not gluten free tried my pizza and said it is no different than his just a little thinner. I’ve ate here many times and will continue to come back!
