So tasty, so safe - a real treat. Their GF safety process seems to be spot on. The GF condiments and menu items clearly labelled too (see photos) and its a pleasure to have GF Fries and a choice of tasty burgers including some of their signature flavours rather than being stuck with a plain cheeseburger. The milkshakes are a dessert in themselves and are a welcome safe treat 🎉 Service great and toilets and restaurant spotless too.

This restaurant was wonderful! My daughter, who has Celiac, was so excited to get a cheeseburger and French fries. All of our food was delicious. She did not get sick from eating here, and she’s sensitive. Wish we had one closer to where we live!

So yummy. Burger 21 is a trusted gluten free spot. They are excellent with cross contamination and ensure celiac food is prepared properly. I was told they wont even carry out gluten / gluten free together to ensure no mistakes are made.

the Celiac in our party enjoyed the burger! Be called ahead to be sure that this location offered gluten-free and the gentleman that answered the phone was pretty knowledgeable. Once we got there his order was taken and everything arrived within minutes gluten-free! Dedicated french fry fryer just for gluten free and they offer gluten-free buns :-) after we left he decided he should have opted for the chocolate peanut butter ice cream but he was too full while we were there :-) definitely recommend. the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 was the five of us' total was 60 bucks!

I come to this location often for a GF burger 101 and GF fries & it is very good. Although they ask how you would like your burger cooked, I rarely have gotten how I've requested (medium). It is always cooked well done, which is disappointing but still doesn't sway me not to go. Not sure why they ask how I'd like it cooked if they are unable to execute my preference.

Eaten here many times with no reactions. Food is always well labeled GF (even to go orders, they place them in a separate bag from the non-GF food!) Lots of options & staff is always very nice.

Got a gluten free cheeseburger with bacon and half/half regular and sweet potato fries to go. $32 worth of food between me and my bf. We got the food to go and even after continuing to cook in the box for the half hour drive home, my burger was inedible due to it not being cooked. I ended up cooking it through the rest in my own oven and was able to eat it. My bfs burger was not much more cooked but he ate it anyway. He was sick all last night and I've been sick all day today. I had to call to get a full refund from this awful place. I will never eat there again.

The sweet potatoe fries were delicious as well as the burger/gf burger. the chocolate peanut butter shake was super yummy and the staff was proud to serve me. they even brought out my burger separately and told me how my food would be prepared.

One of the best gluten free burgers I have ever had. The bun was fantastic it was incredibly soft and had a really good taste which is rare in a gluten free bun. Their fries were also amazing!

Excellent. Seriously the best burger I have ever had! Been to this location and Lakeland and both are very well trained on GF and I have been able to eat without any problems. The GF buns are awesome. They also have dedicated GF topping and milkshake stations. My family and I will be back.

I was really pleased with this restaurant. They have a gf menu and gf bun. The bun was good and stayed together. The staff was very friendly as well. Overall, I was happy with it and would go back.

So disappointed that you can only have a beef burger!!! Regular menu offers many other choices, chicken, turkey seafood and veggie. I had to settle for a salad. I ask for the grilled chicken that's on the salads to be made into a sandwich and was told it is already cut up and cold.

Burger 21 is always my favorite place to get lunch. I always order the Cheesy Burger with a gluten free bun and some gluten free French fries! (Occasionally a vanilla milkshake) They always make everything %100 gluten free, even the milkshakes! Great place to go for fellow celiacs
