Burger21 is a small burger chain with a dozen or so franchises along the southeast coast and a bit in the Midwest. They do burgers better, fresher blah blah than all the other gourmet burger chains. Sure. Anyway, the burgers and fries are good. They have decent gf buns and indicate well on their menu what is gf. Staff picked up easily on the gf order and the burger came out on a tray with a big gf sticker. Good stuff.
Sensitive and symptomatic Celiac daughter has never had an issue and it is a regular safe option that we use when we don’t feel like cooking.
Tasty burger and fries! The menu was very descriptive as to what is and is not gluten free, and even lists sauces. Didn’t get sick! Food quality was good; on par with Red Robin.

Burgers with buns! Excellent fries!! Fun sauces!! What’s not to love? Staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They even have GF milkshakes but didn’t have room to try those.
Great place to eat with good atmosphere. They have gluten free procedures handled well. Good tasting burgers and friendly staff.
The main menu has the burgers that are GF labeled (there are several and they have GF buns). They also do GF French fries!! This was a last minute decision and we both agreed that it’s delicious for both of us (he isn’t GF)!
The service was awesome! He noted and separated my gluten free order from the others. Food was hot and delicious! I got the kids grilled cheese and the bread was soft. All together, it was a great meal and will be returning.
Delicious gluten free burgers, fries, and milkshakes. Great customer service too. I’ve eaten there a million times and never gotten sick.
Updating my review bc service is much better lately. We order from here at least once a month. Kids love their burgers with GF buns, delicious fries and yummy milkshakes.
We used to go regularly but service has gone downhill in the past 12-18 months. No issues with the GF food and they do well labeling and making fresh fries.
My son has a severe wheat allergy and has eaten safely here twice. Dedicated fryer. The gf buns were delicious! Gf french fries are excellent.
They seem to be very careful and cautious about the food. I recommend this place.
My wife and I visited this weekend. She has gluten intolerance, not diagnosed with celiac. She ordered the mushroom burger, specifically labeled GF, and specifically asked for a gluten free bun. She woke up this morning with definite symptoms of eating gluten - very severe reaction.
they did great!!! I have not had a milkshake out at a restaurant in years!!! The french fries were yummy, and I had a gluten free hot dog on a gluten free hamburger bun (they did not have GF hot dog buns) all and all a great visit and I will be back!!!
Separate grill, fryer and milk shake maker. A separate server for all GF items. The buns are amazing. Def our favorite burger joint!
Excellent burgers and fries prepared separately. Very aware of GF and warn you about everything, even the shakes.
Unfortunately, for me I got glutened after eating one of their burgers.
GREAT GF menu! The hamburgers are awesome, and they have a dedicated fryer. GF sauces are marked, and they even have a GF kid's menu. Our new favorite family meal out!

Burger and fries were good. Didn't like that the bun immediately crumbled.

I've been coming here for a year now. I've never gotten sick here. That said, they must have changed their burger recipe fairly recently -- they are INCREDIBLY salty to the point where we've stopped frequenting it.
You can have milk shakes and burger and fries all safe for Celiac's!.
The GF milk shakes are wonderful!! The buns are lighter than I've come to expect with GF buns and crumble, and today the toppings were surprisingly sparse. Still, it was another good meal
Separate fryer and hyper-awareness about celiac. Food is great. The GF hamburger bun isn't terrible either.
This was a great experience for the entire family. Delicious juicy burgers on GF bread with awesome shoe string fries. All of our baskets of food were identified with GF stickers. Highly recommend this place.

I have very severe celiac and have never had a problem eating here. I even have a gluten detection dog and she has approved my food every time. Plus the food is delicious! Gluten free burgers… fries… milkshakes… even grilled cheese!

Dedicated fryers, careful handling of food, clearly marked gluten free items on the menu and for the condiments, and a bun for a burger that didn’t disintegrate as soon as you touch it or bite it. For sure will be returning
Burger 21 has gluten free Burger buns ($2) and impossible burgers. I was not able to order from the kiosk because the gluten free bun wasn't an option to substitute in, so I went to the counter and when I mentioned a gluten allergy the staff member immediately grabbed the allergen binder and asked what I was thinking of ordering. The employee checked the items for safety and then entered my order at the register. Unfortunately the fries were not gluten free. Nonetheless, glad to have a safe gluten free option at the airport.
