I've eaten here many times over the years and have never gotten sick. I love their fries and many of their dipping sauces are gluten free too. You have multiple options that are not just a plain burger and they have a gluten free bun. The salads are delicious and large and they have some gluten free shakes (chocolate peanut butter is great). The staff have always seemed to know immediately about gluten free so I've felt safe here every time.

LOVE the fries with all the dipping sauces!! I was impressed with the knowledge of staff. I ordered a chicken sandwich on the app with a GF bun, they waited for our arrival.. advised the chicken is a formed patty that has gluten (not a chicken breast) I am forever grateful when someone “saves me”. The burgers are solid.. but I could eat fries and dip them in the sauces ALL DAY!

We ordered via DoorDash. It was okay. Might have been with the DD guy too long. The fries were a bit soggy. Burgers definitely weren't medium rare as ordered and we didn't get any of the sauces we ordered. We didn't get sick so thats a plus but taste wise... I won't order again.

Probably the best Burger 21 location I’ve visited. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They have gluten free down pretty good. Very clean restaurant. Separate fryer and good buns. Will definitely be back when traveling through.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about celiac disease. The person cooking my food came out to ask questions and confirm that everything will be cooked separately. He told me they use a separate toaster, spatula, fryer, and cooking surfaces to prepare GF menu items. Burger and fries were great! I didn’t have a celiac reaction.

The GF bun is one of the best I’ve had and they have a dedicated fryer for the fries! I’ve eaten there many times and have never been sick. The sauce pumps in the lobby even indicate if it is GF or not on their labels. They take GF seriously!

I have eaten here twice. The first time I only had a burger on lettuce cups and was fine. The second time I had the same burger on a gf bun with the gf sweet potato fries. About 1 hour later symptoms started to flair. Might be best to steer clear of the fries if you are celiac.

“Grilled cheese” was a gf bun with two pieces on of American cheese not even melted. What!?

Great burger, bun and fries! All gf with a dedicated kitchen area. The pistachio mint shake was an added bonus.

Have safely eaten here on several occasions. Had one mixup on a carryout order that got us sick (they put wrong bun in the GF order), but will stick to eating in the restaurant from now on. Good burgers and gf bun is ok. What I love is that I can eat the fries. The various dipping sauces are great and well marked as far as gf. It’s a nice place and another good thing about it is that they have a place for you to wash your hands without having to go to the bathroom.

Great burger and fries! The cashier knew what I was asking for and the person delivering to my table was aware of gf.

First time here and majorly impressed. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a separate grilling area for the burgers I believe. They brought the gluten free food first then went back to get the gluten items to prevent contamination. I will definitely visit again.

Wow, what a great experience! They are very knowledgeable about gluten and the hospitality was above and beyond. The gluten-free Burger was delicious and they even have a designated fryer for French fries . And the whole restaurant is very clean. I wish all restaurants could be like this. It was so nice to get a gluten-free meal and not have to worry about a thing! I can't wait to go back.
