First time here and very impressed. As others said extensive GF menu, owner has celiac, wait staff extremely knowledgeable, food came out marked and by a separate server. Will definitely return.

SO Thankful I was able to try Burton’s while on vacay.. the GF Clam Chowder and crab cakes were outstanding! The waiter asked if preference or “allergy” and someone else delivered my GF food rather than together with the rest of my family.. no issues and I am sensitive.

The gluten free menu was great and the staff was very knowledgeable. The owner has Celiac Disease and he stresses cross contamination concerns and practices to the staff. The food was delicious! I had a fish sandwich with sweet potato fries and a crab bisque soup. All food is made in house in the restaurant. They have a dedicated fryer. Burtons is amazing! Thank you Burtons!
This place is unbelievable! Our server tonight told us that the owner has celiac and his goal was to create a safe place for gluten free diners to eat. Not only do they have a huge list of GF salads, appetizers and entrees, if you tell them you have celiac they will prepare it in a separate space. The food is unbelievably good and they have a dedicated fryer! We are not from Florida and we Uber 20 min every time we are in town just to dine here. Bravo Burton’s!

Everything I have ever had has been amazing and everyone there takes gluten very seriously! This is a must go to if you have any allergies and especially gluten! The friend calamari and crab cakes are out of this world and 100% gluten free!!

New restaurant. Founder has celiac, Grill is gluten free, dedicated fryer, Kids menu, pasta, chicken tenders, fries 90% of their menu is gluten free.
We have been back several times and daughter never gets sick. Trust burtons 100%
Regular and GF menus are almost identical with minor differences. Love burtons!

They not only have excellent food but they have a full gluten free menu! And they do not charge extra. I love it there!
Burton’s was wonderful. The entire staff from the hostess to our Server Kristen extensive knowledge.
They have separate fryer and dedicated space for gf.
I learned that the owner has celiac disease.

The staff was so knowledgeable and they were able to make ANYTHING gluten free. My kids has their choice of anything on the menu. They both chose fried chicken (fingers) with rice and fries. The GF chocolate cake was also awesome.

Very good GF options!! The buffalo chicken dip and scallop risotto are a must :)

Didn’t give it a 5 star because they messed up kn my order. I ordered salmon, “the waiter asked how I wanted it have it cooked . I responded well done. At the end I got grilled shrimp and the big size of course more money, however it was good. Got the dessert on the house chocolate cake gluten free which was beyond amazing.

The gluten free menu is AMAZING. Usually GF options are just stripped-down versions of regular menu items...but not at Burton’s! The GF choices are real dishes with GF ingredients substituted so you don’t feel deprived. Options include a fried fish sandwich, fries (regular and sweet potato), crab cakes and fish topped with crab stuffing! There are also many DF options and accommodations available. The food was amazing and, most importantly, it was responsibly prepared and served - my dish was brought out by the manager, who confirmed it was GF. I will definitely be a regular!
Delicious food. Well prepared. Knowledgeable staff. Square plates for Gluten free. Didn't get sick.

Well that sucked. Read the reviews here. Asked for a manager beforehand. Eric/alex the manager said absolutely safe here. I explained this is a serious disease. I will react to cross contamination. He assured me he would take care of it. Sat down, waitress came over said you have an allergy I said well yes I guess it’s celiac disease and need to take extra precaution with cross contamination. She left the table and sent another waiter over. Don’t worry we have this this is Burton grill. Ok great I’ll have a Tito’s no lime with sparking bottle water. Glass arrives with lime. Can we have a glass for our water. Sure thing. Would you like to order now. Sure, I’m going to make this easy I say, I’ll have the MLT burger, with out broccoli is there anything else I can have with that. Oh yes he says there are only 3 things here you can’t have. You can have all the fries. Really I say none of them have been cooked in the same fryer as gluten foods. No not at all you can eat any of them. Wow that’s great. 40 minutes later our food arrives, ( still no water) a burned burger with broccoli. At that point I said are you kidding if you can’t get a no lime correct, not bring a water glass, and put broccoli instead of fries I’m thinking you can’t prevent cross contamination. No trust that you can get this right and I won’t be sick for two weeks. If you can’t do it just say you can’t do it. Headed back to my hotel to eat my safe food. And share this review with my celiac group that reaches over 800 people. Shame on you Burton Grill Shame on the waitress, the waiter and the manager for not doing their job to make sure the plate was safe.

LOVE this place. Before even leaving the hostess stand, as they were grabbing menus to take us to our table they asked in a friendly way "would anyone like a gluten free menu" without any prompts. Wow!!! They also cater very similarly to other allergens and eating styles.
The menu its self was jam-packed with awesome options that were GF (it wasn't a ton different from the regular menu). The waiters seemed very well educated to answer concerns, and my coworker that had a fish allergy - he was able to calm her fears! All allergen/special orders like GF come out specifically from a manager (be understanding, your food may come a minute or two later.... safety is more important here... dont complain!!!).
Food was awesome, very awesome! No problems, no concerns. Worth every penny, and the experience was so awesome. Probably my favorite local spot right now.

The food is delicious and staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and gluten along with other allergies

Has a separate gluten free menu but make everything from scratch so if gluten isn’t your only issue or you are dining with someone who has different challenges, everyone can have an amazing experience.
Do this. You won’t regret it.

What a great place. Just opened but they seem to have their act together. We had the maple chicken sandwich on an Udi’s bun & shared the chicken risotto. My step-son ordered steak off the kids menu which they made sure was gluten free. Very happy with the service & nice ambiance. 👏👏👏👏👏

Really tasty food and almost the entire menu is gluten free! They have separate shaped plates for the gluten free items when you dine in so you know it’s right, and they mark take out orders. They don’t short on pasta and sandwich options and they have a dedicated frier so I’d recommend trying the fries! Entrees can be a little pricey but worth it for a nice dinner

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Not only was the food amazing, but I got to eat French fries for the first time in years because of their dedicated fryer. My server (Bryan) was so knowledgeable and helpful with everything. One of the first questions he asked us was if anyone had any food allergies. He took the time to explain the menu to me and my husband and explained how only employees who were specifically trained in food allergies can handle your food. All gluten free food comes out on a square plate, whereas other food comes out on a circular plate. He was super informative and had taken the training to be able to handle my food for me. I did not get sick from anything and left feeling full and happy. I will be back for sure!
