My top pizza place without a doubt. All servers are knowledgeable about celiac/gluten intolerance and they cook their GF pizzas in a separate area. They have a little sign outside that states they’re allergen trained! I’m super reactive but have never had a problem eating here, and the manager always brings out my pizza separate from my families :)
Dedicated separate cooking facilities for certified gluten free. Great cauliflower crust!
They take gluten free very seriously at this location! I’ve been a couple times to get their gluten free pizza, and the staff has been very knowledgeable every time. They have a separate gluten free menu they can give you, as well as a separate oven in the kitchen where they cook gluten free pizzas. They always stick a little “gluten free” sign in your pizza as well.
The gluten free cauliflower crust is amazing! I would honestly prefer it over regular crust, it tastes better and is healthier. I always get the margherita pizza and love it.
I must add though that I don’t generally get sick if I have a bit of cross contamination, I am just judging off of how well-informed they are and how seriously they take it.
GF crust was rubbery. My non GF husband tried a bite and thought it was awful. Palio's makes a much more tasty GF crust that has a better texture.
The crust is very good. You can get any toppings you like on the gf crust, but 4 of them are specifically for celiacs. My mom and I got the jamaican jerk chicken pizza on gf crust (not one of the four suggested toppings) and neither of us had any issues.
Manager explained their procedures for insuring no cross contamination. Very good gluten free crust!
I know the community feels the same as I do that being able to eat a pizza that tastes amazing and you know is safe is such a rare and amazing thing. It is why we always eat at CPK when we travel somewhere that has one. They only have about 4 pizzas that are validated gf but those are made in a separate dedicated area. My bbq chicken pizza came out marked gf, was delicious and did not give me any issues. I’ve never had any issues with the validated pizzas at any CPK and is one of the only places I feel like I can truly eat safely.
The pizza came out with Gluten Free picks. When I called ahead they said they prepare the pizza in a separate area and the pizzas are cooked on separate aluminum tins. However they are cooked in the same oven but off to a designated side. Neither of my kids got sick after eating here.
