They take gluten free very seriously at this location! I’ve been a couple times to get their gluten free pizza, and the staff has been very knowledgeable every time. They have a separate gluten free menu they can give you, as well as a separate oven in the kitchen where they cook gluten free pizzas. They always stick a little “gluten free” sign in your pizza as well.

The gluten free cauliflower crust is amazing! I would honestly prefer it over regular crust, it tastes better and is healthier. I always get the margherita pizza and love it.

I must add though that I don’t generally get sick if I have a bit of cross contamination, I am just judging off of how well-informed they are and how seriously they take it.

They have the best pizza ever ! Tastes like real pizza. I got gluten free pepperoni, they cook the pizzas in their own section completely seperate from gluten. Staff were super friendly and happy to help as well. Highly recommend.

GF crust was rubbery. My non GF husband tried a bite and thought it was awful. Palio's makes a much more tasty GF crust that has a better texture.

The crust is very good. You can get any toppings you like on the gf crust, but 4 of them are specifically for celiacs. My mom and I got the jamaican jerk chicken pizza on gf crust (not one of the four suggested toppings) and neither of us had any issues.

Stopped here on the way to the Bowers Museum. Needed gluten free and, while there are only 4 choices, they are guaranteed to be safe. I had the GF pepperoni, it was great, and I felt fine. They were definitely understaffed so it took far longer than expected for lunch on a Thursday.

The gluten free pizza is made of cauliflower crust and has cheese in it! If you have a diary issue along with gluten this is not the place to for you

I have Been here multiple times to eat in and carry out and have never been sick in the past 5 years. Tonight husband and I went to eat in and I told them I have a severe gluten allergy. I watched them make the pizzas and they used all the same ingredients on my pizza as the regular pizzas including the same sauce/sauce spoon! I immediately notified our waiter who had the pizza remade and they used the same ingredients again but prepared the pizza to the side. We took my pizza to go and my husband now has a meal for tomorrow. Cross contamination is no longer understood at this location sadly.
