Do not trust this CPK , they were grabbing toppings from the same line as the gluten pizzas. They have a lack of training on cross contamination. Had to give my pizza away to some one else. Do not trust this place.
No
They’ve discontinued the Rice Flour pizza crust. Now only serving the Cauliflower crust, this crust is GF, but it contains Parmesan Cheese; I can’t have Cheese so that puts me out. Those Lactose intolerant as I am beware!!! I’m rating it “unsafe” for this reason. I know some of us Celiacs are also Lactose intolerant.. :(

One certified option if you're also vegetarian.
Yes
There are a few salads, kids fruit, and a kids Sunday, that are labeled GF. The salad that I ordered (Waldorf Salad) includes chicken and walnuts, so it is filling. At one time the chicken tortilla soup was labeled GF if you didn't include the tortillas chips (perhaps a shared fryer was a problem). Chicken tortilla soup is no longer labeled as GF. Currently CPK does not sell a GF crust. Food was good.
Solid choice. No gluten issues. My food came out separate and marked. I have eaten at different locations so I was not worried about cross contamination but some people may be concerned

Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.
