I have a soy allergy, too, so they offered to clean their grill and cook a chicken breast with salt & pepper... the mashed potatoes & asparagus were safe. I left a little bloated, so there may have been some contamination, but for mild allergies, we did great & they really did do their best!

Menu items are not marked GF but it states that GF pasta is available and waitstaff told us that the pasta sauces are GF.
I would say this place is Celiac friendly. We went last night with my toddler who has celiac and we told our server, Jacob, about her allergy. He assured me the cooks would change their gloves. She had the kids spaghetti (subbed with the GF pasta option, no meatball of course) and she also had bites of my minestrone soup, chicken Marsala, and steamed broccoli (all GF options they have). She had zero reactions and thought the food was yummy :) It’s nice to have a safe place to eat while traveling.
Update: We visited again and she had the GF kids grilled chicken and broccoli and she loved it and no reaction! Just thought I would share.

We love Carrabba's. This is the first time visiting since we learned of my daughter's food intolerances. The waitress was excellent about going over different options. My daughter loved the Minestrone soup. The gluten free pasta was not a hit. She said it had a very doughy taste. Next time, she may try fish or just go with a bowl of the soup.

We've been here several times since we moved here six months ago, and my partner is highly sensitive to gluten (can get sick from very minor cross contamination). We let them know up front that the meal has to be strictly gluten free and they do a great job keeping it that way. GF items are clearly marked on the regular menu, and some unmarked items can be modified to be safe (the waiter suggested we could ask for no breading on the scallops, for example). They have a delicious GF pasta option, and a wide selection of other items. Dessert options are more limited, basically a scoop of ice cream and caramel. But it is a fantastic custard ice cream and worth getting. We always get the caprese appetizer, which is good even without the bread.

They have a new menu with items labeled GF. Server was very accomodating. Food was very good. Recommended for celiacs!
Several choices for gf... I've never gotten sick there! That's always a plus! :)
I had the house salad with creamy parmesan dressing, chicken trio and garlic mashed potatoes. I was so pleased that I did not get sick. I did tell the waitress I had celiac disease / label my order with an allergy to gluten so the kitchen would prepare with care.

Service was great, but I found the server to be a bit nervous. New hire maybe? I informed him of my wheat allergy. I ordered the shrimp scampi. He asked if I wanted appetizer size. I said yes. The app size came with a handful of small shrimp surrounded by toasted slices of bread. I first asked where the pasta was (there was none) and was about to question why there was bread on my plate when the plate was quickly wisked away and I was asked, "I thought you wanted the appetizer. Maybe it's me, but I have served for many a number of years... I would have double checked that order, esp with a wheat allergy. Too much to worry about there.any celiacs have no clues as to the disease...being allergic will always let you know! Servers need to be more educated. I will go back, but I don't expect servers to know better!

Considering this is a chain, it was an amazing place. They were very careful, even though the rest of my family are gluten eaters, they kept everything separate. Ask and ye shall receive. The food was soooo good and we all had enough for leftovers!
Went back several times and I have never been sick. The chicken soup (without noodles) is the bomb. Like I order it take-out when I’m sick. Just like grandma used to make, but they don’t add any noodles until they are about to serve it, so the soup is prepared gluten-free.
