They have a lot of gluten-free dishes and sides that you can easily locate on their normal menu, and the kitchen will toss salads in a separate bowl if you ask so you don’t have to worry about any cross contamination with crouton crumbs. They can also make their pomodoro pasta with gluten-free pasta as a side dish and it tastes like completely normal pasta. I have celiac and have never felt left out or disappointed by their options, nor have I ever gotten sick after eating here. Would 10/10 recommend.

Third time eating here in 8 months. Every time I make it VERY CLEAR that I am allergic to dairy and gluten (yes I know the correct word is gluten “intolerant”). Today I was told all the meat sauces have gluten in the form of bread crumbs. Makes zero sense. Why have gluten free pasta if all I can have is plain tomato sauce? And it explains why I had a reaction the last two times I ate there, which I chalked up to something else. I am done with Carabbas since they obviously don’t take allergies as seriously as they say.

Good food and many GF options but I have had three bad experiences where croutons were in my salad or the wrong noodles in my past dish . Stuff happens but shouldn't happen over and over again
Many gluten-free options to choose from! Our waitress even double-checked with both the chefs and the manager to ensure a sauce was gluten-free!
Yes
They recently changed there grill base to all gluten free. I love their chicken Bryan. Its very good.
Chicken Bryan.....yum! Just remember to request no grill baste!
First time visiting Carrabba’s since going gluten free. GF items are marked on menu and there is a gluten free pasta substitute that you can ask the server about. Unfortunately I did not feel too safe with cross contamination. I asked the server how the GF pasta would be prepared and if anything is shared, and she said that it would be boiled in the same water used for the regular pasta but still assured that it is safe for me. I asked for it to be boiled in a separate pot, but I’m not sure if anything else was shared in preparation of the food.

We had the lamb chop special and the salmon. They were very accommodating for our gf requests.

My husband and I enjoy eating at Carrabba’s and have found it to be a safe place for me. I order steak (cooked on its own pan) with butter, salt and pepper, bowl of Mama Mandola’s Scilian Chicken Soup (no pasta) and their signature salad with no croutons, extra cheese and olives, yum! * It’s important to note: the pasta is added to the soup when they “plate” the dish and not cooked in the pot which makes it gluten free! * Additionally, I’m incredibly sensitive to cross contact so I always ask for my salad to be made with fresh ingredients not “on the line”. They have always been so great and supportive! *allergens: gluten, mushrooms, honey, coconut and all nuts.

No longer safe, sadly. The noodles have changed and I ended up very very sick; usually I have no problems after eating here.

The staff was nice and friendly. They took my allergy seriously. The have a button on their ordering system that automatically makes your whole order gluten free.
