Terrible. Ran out of everything gluten free. Server was uneducated on what gluten was and was playful about not being able to tell which bun was which and mixing them- which to those of us who it will kill or make seriously ill, thats just not funny. we got up and left before ever ordering.

I have celiac disease for the last three years I’ve been going to the cheesecake factory in Peabody in the last two weeks I’ve been going there for breakfast three times at the last two weeks they screwed up my order the management has to teach the kitchen staff about celiac disease they don’t seem to understand about celiac poor management training

Cheesecake is my favorite restaurant and I was so excited they had a gluten free menu. I got the bacon bacon burger and after a short time I was extremely sick. Haven’t tried any other GF options from here but definitely won’t be getting a burger again :(

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I used to go there all the time and get pasta, and it was great. Until one time where they gave me regular, not gluten free pasta.
I thought they had gotten a new snap of pasta so I ate half of the bowl and then the manager came over to tell me it was not GF. They have me a gift certificate and free cheesecake but I knew I was going to get horrendously sick, so nothing could make up for it.
I went to give them another try and let everyone know that I had a bad experience before, yet there was still a crouton left in my Caesar salad at the very bottom.
I will not return to this Cheesecake Factory. Burton’s is more trustworthy and far better!

I really don't think the waiter was paying attention or cared when I said I needed gluten-free. I felt glutened right after eating there. I won't take my chance there again.

Even with knowledgeable good intentioned staff kitchen execution and delivery is not gf. Salad came with croutons I was given a new salad but I do not trust anything is gluten free when it is busy. Eat there often get sick often

Allways go and never had a problem. They have good pasta and burgers. Don't get frys because it shares a fryers
My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
