The Cheesecake Factory

It was a busy evening and we decided to stop here for dessert only. It’s been years since I came to a Cheesecake Factory. Since we lacked the full-service we felt we could only provide 4 stars. Service was excellent. Our drinks were kept up and we also enjoyed some cheesecake. For me, I did gluten-free, so I had the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. You’d think it was super sweet and dense, but it was light and full of flavor. The portions are still quite large, so we took some home with us. The decor is atypical to the other locations with tall ceilings and paintings on the walls. Prices for desserts were standard, maybe slightly more compared to other places. No negative reaction. About 3 GF options available foe cheesecake only.

Called ahead and the staff understood and would accommodate by prepping gf pasta separately (normally all pasta boiled together). Ordered with a seemingly knowledgeable server but 10-15 min after our order was in the manager came out and told us they were out of gf pasta?! I have no idea how it took so long for them to bring this to our attention but it was too late to go somewhere else so we ended up getting a gf bun with butter (my 4 year old is incredibly picky and that was the only other thing they had available). Points for trying to make it right and knowing what celiac meant and not just subbing reg pasta, but the whole experience was incredibly annoying as they didn’t have the gf food they had listed on the menu and the server didn’t know they didn’t have it either.

Waitress did not have any idea what Celiac or gluten free meant. This is a management issue, education. So far, eating gluten free in Florida simply sucks.

Incredible!!! Knowledgeable servers and amazing gf pasta and Godiva chocolate cheesecake!

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.

There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
