I apologize I forgot the name of our waitress but she was so incredibly helpful. She found out weather the special was gluten free (sadly it wasn’t), made sure the kitchen would use fresh water to boil gluten free noodles, and had the chefs completely clean their utensils when cutting me a slice of cheesecake. I ended up just getting salmon and a coffee cheesecake, but it all tasted amazing and I didn’t get sick at all. I took one star off just because they don’t have many gluten free options even with the extensiveness of the menu. Only two cheesecakes are gluten free and then the basic foods... gluten free pasta, gluten free buns for your burger, salmon, steak, or salad. The company really needs to have some more options available, but the food and service was good regardless.
Yes
Lots of gluten free options, everything from pasta, to burgers, to fish and steak
Server was exceptionally helpful with checking with kitchen about food allergies. Manager even came to table to check. Gluten free cheesecake was tasty but very rich!
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I seem to have problems with cross contamination the two times I went to this restaurant.
Amazing food as always. They have a good variety of gluten free foods, which I was very thankful for. I ordered a GF cheeseburger and GF fries, which was so good, however I had a bad reaction, I think just from cross contamination. It happens, for it's not celiac certified, so I took my chances. I probably will go there again because I appreciate them trying to accommodate us gluten intolerant! Just be wary if you have celiacs.
Lots of gluten free options including pasta, turkey burgers, hamburgers, chicken and beef entrees.
Drawback: soups and appetizers are not gluten free.
Only gluten free cheesecake is Godiva Chocolate, luckily my favorite, i am a chocoaholic.
I always get great service there.
Cross contamination can happen, they do not have a completely gluten free kitchen section.

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
