Server was not knowledgeable on gluten free. Asked for a manager to come out and server never got one until we sent back burnt hamburger bun and manager brought out a fresh one and had no idea I had an allergy or requested to talk to a manager. Didn’t even put in the system of a food allergy so kitchen knew to take precautions. My moms dinner came out wrong, and mine did too. Not good service. Food was subpar and not worth the price. Wouldn’t recommend

My daughter got the gluten free penne and we tested it with our Nima device and it tested positive for gluten. We requested they get a slice of the Godiva cheesecake from the freezer versus they shared counter. They used cleaned knives and spatulas and the cheesecake tested gluten free. They were very cooperative but this place is not safe for celiacs.

The gluten free pasta was really good, there's is an option for the cheesecake lovers out there.

My son was so excited the offered gluten free pasta!!!! First place we've found for that!!! We'll definitely be back! Good was AMAZING!!!!

There were pieces of wheat pasta in my gluten free pasta dish. I made it very clear I had an allergy and waiter said it would be 100% safe. Got very sick. Skip this place.

i worked here and can confirm the pasta is cooked in the same water as gluten containing pasta and the fries are cooked in a shared fryer

My husband and I ate dinner there last night. There was a glitch in the kitchen and they gave my gluten-free tacos to someone else, so they brought out a (free) salad for me while they made new tacos—which were delicious! The server could not have been better! She was very attentive and ensured I received the correct dish. They also comped my cheesecake to make up for the long wait. I will go back!

I had a very good experience with the Cheesecake Factory. Our staff was knowledgeable and I didn’t have any reactions after eating here. Their menu was well marked and they even had a GF cheesecake. I didn’t ask about cross contamination as it usually isn’t a huge deal for me but I was pleased with this experience

Very impressed. The waitress asked if it was a wheat allergy and then alerted the chef and said he would change gloves. Fries were made in a separate fryer and they have many gf meals.
