Plenty of GF options (just added more to the menu!) and staff is knowledgeable. One of our favorites!
I got the Raspberry sparkling wine and the Braised short rib risotto. They have a separte GF menu that you have to ask for. Both were delicious! They also have gf bread that was pretty good. Our waitress was super bubbly and fun. Would definitely recommend.

Dedicated GF menu. Spouse enjoyed his GF pasta. The drunken shrimp are amazing. Staff will change gloves if asked. We’ve eaten here 3x now and he has had no reactions.
This place is a celiac heaven! You are served warm gf bread & butter before meal comes out (per request), and they offer a whole separate gf menu! Separate prep area for these foods as well. We love this place soooo much.

I literally loved this place. They had a specific gluten free bread they served before the meal and their own gluten free menu. I felt reassure d when the hostess began by asking if there were any allergies such as gluten as soon as we got there.
This is the third time I’ve been to a Cooper’s hawk and first time at this location. All have been safe! The manager did not come talk to me like at the other locations but the food tested :) with my Nima and did not make me sick! I always get the Parmesan crusted chicken and my boyfriend got the gluten-free gnocci carbonara and loved it!
Very nice dinner and an extensive GF menu. Server was knowledgeable and attentive, even brought us a loaf of GF bread when she brought bread for the rest of the table. We even knew which cocktails were GF.
After dropping our luggage off at the airport, we got a Lyft over to Coopers Hawk. The gluten free menu is extensive and amazing. The wait staff was knowledgeable and amazing. The meal was wonderful with no issues. As always, the wine is fantastic!!!!
Really appreciated the waiter’s attention to celiac. Brought me gf bread before our meal that was warm and so so good! Tortilla soup was one of the best I’ve had and it was my first since my diagnosis. Yum! Ahi tuna was also really good but not filling
