It’s so refreshing to have a large gf menu. A lot of options. The food was just decent overall. The burger and fries was okay; the blackened bleu steak salad was tasty, but drowning in dressing(will ask for dressing on the side next time); but the Parmesan-crusted chicken was such a salt bomb as to render it inedible. Really nice to have gf bread as a starter, along with the pretzel bread for the non-gf folks at the table. The service was friendly and warm. We will give it another try, but quite expensive for the overall meh experience.
Cooper’s Hawk is a Celiac-friendly gem with an incredible variety of options! I was amazed by how many delicious dishes were available. Let’s start with the warm gluten-free bread and butter—since being diagnosed with Celiac, I usually skip bread, but theirs was outstanding.
The food here is truly an art. The Drunken Shrimp is unforgettable, and I absolutely love the Cooper’s Hawk Chicken Giardiniera. And the wedge salad—wow! I honestly thought I’d never be able to enjoy a wedge salad again, but this one was better than ever before.
Paired with their fantastic wine (which reminds me of my travels in Portugal), I was so impressed that I became a member. For anyone gluten-free, this place is an absolute dream!
