Delicious food. Changes gloves when making gluten free food.

The food is gluten free and delicious. The Spicy Thai Chicken was so good! The only thing that has gluten in the restaurant is whole grain toast as a side and is stored in a sealed container at the end of the line. All the other dishes and sides (even the Mac and cheese) are gluten free. I will get sick due to cross contamination so this place is awesome because I just don’t have to worry about that at all.

LOVE this establishment! I've had great experiences every time I've eaten here! The space is clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is top-notch! I fall into the 'slight gluten sensitive' category and have always felt good after eating here. I view food as fuel and feel full, satisfied, and even energized after consuming food from CoreLife. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

CoreLife is one of the safest restaurants for those with gluten allergies/sensitivities. As long as you tell them you have a gluten allergy (or any food allergy/sensitivity) when ordering. They have special protocols for handling the food. Gloves are changed and the manager will make the entire bowl to assure there is no cross contamination. All there food is fresh and made in house, so they know there is no preparation around any gluten. The entire menu is gluten free, except the flour tortillas and naan bread for tacos, which is kept separate from other food. You can however, still get tacos and do the lettuce wraps! There’s a slice of bread, upon request only, that is kept in a bread box, off the line. They even have a dedicated color coded cutting board and bread knife that is only allowed to be used for cutting bread away from any other prepped food.

I called and specifically asked about the bread that was served with the salad. I was making an online order and wanted to make sure that they had a GF bread option or a way to opt out of the bread online. I was assured their naan was gluten free and I should request that whenever I ordered as it was the only GF option available. I ordered from this establishment 2 more times through their online option. Always stating in the note section I was GF. Today I opted to dine in. Imagine my surprise when I was told there is no GF naan nor has there ever been. Extremely disappointed. I even spoke to the owner who was desperately trying to come up with a plausible explanation. I won’t be back.

I've been eating at Core Life for years and have always loved it. That being said, it's becoming harder to safely eat here as they keep incorporating more and more gluten items to their menu. They have also removed their gluten free Mac and cheese from the menu and replaced it with regular gluten containing Mac and cheese! It's a delicious place to eat but proceed with caution for cross-contimation and subtle and not well advertised changes to the menu.

Great place for a healthy bowl, like Chipotle. Everything is gluten free except one item that is wrapped.
