They don’t have a gluten free menu but the server shared that a lot of the food could be done gluten free. They also have a separate fryer.
We ordered GF burgers but unfortunately both burgers came out with regular buns.

i really wanted a burger while visiting the city and I saw the reviews for this place. So glad we came. Got the homage burger on GF bun with fries. It was delicious! Feeling fine, no side effects. She did ask if it was an allergy so they notated that!

The restaurant has gluten free options like gluten free buns. However, you HAVE to talk to a manager when you order. I was served something with gluten and was sick all night. I called the next day and confirmed with the manager who said it was indeed made with flour. So, just take extreme caution and order with the manager if you go here. There is also no dedicated gluten free menu, and it’s not marked at all on the main menu. They were all very nice, but definitely take a lot of caution and make sure you order with a manager.

Separate fryer. My son and I both had Cajun chicken club on GF bun. I had sweet potato fries and he regular fries. Waitress was very knowledgeable and let me know what could be adjusted on menu. Great experience and delicious food.

Our waitress was very knowledgeable about CD and was very helpful. My daughter ordered the Cajun Chicken Sandwich on a gluten free bun and french fries that are fried in a dedicated fryer. My daughter, who is 20, and has been diagnosed with CD for 3 years said it was the best sandwich she has had since her diagnosis. If you want a good sandwich and fries definitely give this place a try.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with good service and food. Servers were able to answer all of my questions about gluten-free options and informed me that most of the menu could be made GF. I ordered a burger with the gluten free bun and fries, since they have a dedicated fryer! The food was delicious and the bun was alright, just a little crumbly. The food did not come out marked as GF.

My daughter has Celiac and the waitress was very helpful - they have a dedicated fryer and we’re able to make her buffalo wings. The chef even came to the table to confirm about her Celiac in preparing the wings which was really reassuring that they understood Celiac and the cross contamination concerns so that they didn’t prepare the wings in the fryer where the other chicken fingers are prepared Items are not specified on the menu so we just asked and they were very helpful

Delicious burger! Fryer is dedicated gluten free and the waitress said they take allergies/celiac very seriously. She said the wings and all the sauces are gluten free. The gf bun was disappointing but everything else was amazing. Didn’t get sick after.

This place was cute! The kitchen can be seen from the dining room, which was cool. The wings were good and I feel great after eating them! They are quite garlicy. Also got sweet potato fries, but they did not come with any dip.

My server was very knowledgeable and happy to help me with the menu. There are many gf options and substitutions. I got the Wedge burger with regular fries. They used their allergen protocol and do have a dedicated fryer for the fries. It was absolutely delicious!

Wait staff informed me 80% of their menu is gluten free. GF buns were available with a burger or sandwich. Turkey burger was very good, sweet potato fries were ok.
The menu here doesn’t have gluten free marked anywhere, however they have many options. The waitress informed us that all of their sauces are gluten free, they have gluten free pizza crust and can make any burger or sandwich with a gluten free bun. She said the fryer has their onion rings in it so the fries would not be safe. The pizza was a 6/10 and the veggie burger was tasty with the kale slaw on top. When ordering the waitress asked if I had Celiac’s and said she would make sure the kitchen knew! They made me feel very safe eating there.

When I went in with friends after school our server was extremely uninformed and said they didn’t have gluten free options.
No
The staff was friendly, but our server didn’t seem entirely sure about the gluten free options. She stated a few times that most of the salad dressing are gluten free... but couldn’t give me any more details. I ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. I had a slightly upset stomach and a fuzzy head, although that may have been from the blue cheese. I would not consider this place exceptionally gluten free, but it’s a good option if you ask a lot of questions and know what you can and can’t eat on the menu.

Great food and good service.

Great food. Really knowledge about cross contamination. Confirmed fries have a separate fryer.
good burger and pretty good bun, you always know its 5 stars when you can get frys and they were good too.
Fabulous service, well aware of gluten allergies, confirmed fries are in a separate fryer. Tasty food! If I'm in the area again (was traveling for work), I will definitely be back!

By far my favorite gluten free restaurant in Chicago! They are willing to make nearly every entree/sandwich gluten free. One of the best I've had! must try!
Took a minute to find it but so worth it!! I have multiple intolerances, but there were so many options I wanted to cry. Has the bakes polenta fries and the wok bowl--all GF! Sat at the bar and the bartender was super knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for more.

I ate at Doc B's for the 20th + time this past weekend. There was a small wait, but the hostess was accurate on the length of time and if anything we were sat quicker then quoted. As someone who is very gluten intolerant, but not Celiac. I have found that there are a lot of amazing options at Doc B's. I love their turkey burger & grilled artichoke. I had often ordered the Wok Bowl without sauce. However, on this visit I found out that all of their sauces have been re-formulated so they are ALL Gluten Free!!! Even the sauces in the Wok Bowl and Teriyaki Salad Dressings are now made in house with Gluten Free Soy Sauce. This was very exciting. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for something delicious and healthy. Our waitress Kayla was very attentive and knowledgeable in answering questions related to food allergies. We also were able to meet Chuck (Executive Culinary Manager), he told us all about the change in their sauces and recipes as he makes them.

We just recently discovered the restaurant and have been back 4 times already! My son has celiac and he loves the burger with gluten free bun. He said it’s the best bun he ever had. The gluten free pizza is a hit and they have a dedicated fryer. They take celiac/cross contact extremely serious and take extreme caution when preparing the meals. The manager also expressed that they are looking into offering gluten free pasta in the future. And as mentioned before, most items are already gluten free or can be made gluten free.

Charlie was a great server! He explained that almost anything except a handful of items could be made gluten and dairy free. He assured me that the kitchen takes extra precautions. My meal was brought out completely separate. I had the wedge burger--no cheese or sauce--with bacon and an egg on a gluten free bun with fires(dedicated fryer). Meal was delicious!

TLDR; Got glutened - Service was great. Food was good. We ordered the kale and artichoke dip after lovely waitress confirmed with the kitchen that the dip was gluten free and then confirmed again that the chips were made in their own fryer and it would be safe for me to eat. When it was time to order entrees I asked about the jalapeño potatoes and she wasn’t sure so went to go ask her manager who then hurried over to the table to inform us that the dip did have gluten in it. Unfortunately got sick from the meal.

Server informed me all sides are gluten-free. There’s gluten free buns for burgers. There are other gluten-free options, but no gluten-free menu. My bun had a lot of moisture from the veggies so it was falling apart. The restaurant is nice! 1 hour later and I feel fine(not glutened)!
