I never received a gluten free only menu but the staff reassured me everything I ordered was gluten free and made in a separate area! That night I got very sick. I’m thinking it was the sauce… Beware if you are sensitive to gluten.

Lots of GF options. Fave is the chicken kebabs. Sweet potato fries are also delish!

I'm a very sensitive celiac, order out from here regularly, and have yet to be glutened. That said, I almost always order the same thing, the chicken wok-out bowl, which I HIGHLY recommend. But since I don't really deviate from that, I can't speak to many other things.

Although Doc B’s does not have a gluten free menu, I feel like they are taking allergies/Celiac more seriously. They now have a separate fryer and prep area for all gluten free items, the chefs are informed of the allergy, and are willing and able to modify almost all of the menu items! I had a delicious meal the other day and was not glutened! Very happy with my experience!
Yes
The service was great and the hostess and waitress both seemed confident that there wouldn't be cross contamination in my dinner. They even asked if it was "Celiacs" (it's called "celiac" without the s...) and wrote a little note to the waitress that it was for "Celiacs".Even with the note, the waitress didn't seem to know that it meant a gluten "allergy" and I had to explain that (I always just call it an allergy since it's more confusing to them to explain how the whole auto-immune disease works).I had Cajun fish with a cucumber salad, and chicken wings as an appetizer. There is not a separate frier for fries, but I was told there were GF buns for the burgers.I was sick that night, so can't trust them to be safe.
No
They have a lot of options but I definitely had cross contamination going on, maybe not the best option for sensitive celiacs

Charlie was a great server! He explained that almost anything except a handful of items could be made gluten and dairy free. He assured me that the kitchen takes extra precautions. My meal was brought out completely separate. I had the wedge burger--no cheese or sauce--with bacon and an egg on a gluten free bun with fires(dedicated fryer). Meal was delicious!

TLDR; Got glutened - Service was great. Food was good. We ordered the kale and artichoke dip after lovely waitress confirmed with the kitchen that the dip was gluten free and then confirmed again that the chips were made in their own fryer and it would be safe for me to eat. When it was time to order entrees I asked about the jalapeño potatoes and she wasn’t sure so went to go ask her manager who then hurried over to the table to inform us that the dip did have gluten in it. Unfortunately got sick from the meal.

Server informed me all sides are gluten-free. There’s gluten free buns for burgers. There are other gluten-free options, but no gluten-free menu. My bun had a lot of moisture from the veggies so it was falling apart. The restaurant is nice! 1 hour later and I feel fine(not glutened)!

My husband has celiac disease and when I asked at the host stand if they had a gluten free menu (they don't) a delightful young woman who I presumed to be a manager immediately swooped in and assured us that they could make nearly anything gluten free upon request. My husband had a Thai bowl and I had the Green Burger...both were delicious! This restaurant is very well run. I had a clear view of the kitchen and could see that same manager flitting about checking on all the things...she was even wiping down the rims of the plates that were ready for the servers to pick up to make sure the presentation was first rate! Lunch at Doc Bs was the best dining experience we had in our weeklong trip to Miami and Key West. Highly recommended!
