first time eating here. They had a decent amount of gluten free dishes on the Menu. I ordered the ribeye steak and double stuffed bake potato and did not get sick. The steak was dry and tough. Expected more from a $32 ribeye but at least I didn’t get ill

Staff was very helpful and cognizant of my nit allergy and celiac. I ordered items listed as gluten free friendly on the menu without issue and it was delicious and cooked to perfection. Steak, mashed potatoes, spinach salad.

Food was delicious!! Items that were either GF or could be made GF were marked on the menu. Our server was knowledgeable and, for the couple questions she couldn't answer, made sure to ask the manager. After placing my order, she notified the manager who confirmed my order with the kitchen staff and came out to confirm with me that my meal would be prepared in a separate area and or with cleaned/sanitized utensils and pots/pans. +24hours later and I feel fine! Will definitely be returning.

I eat here frequently. If you notify the manager that you have Celiac disease they will prepare your meal separately and deliver it to the table. I have never gotten sick from eating here.

The restaurant has a GF menu. I asked for help from the server to try to get a completely GF meal. I ordered a plain NY Strip steak and plain baked potato. I still got a minor reaction from the meal. Probably a cross contamination issue since the steak and potato were defiantly plain. I cannot recommend as safe.

Enjoyed yet another fine GF experience at Firebirds! Can't complain about a thing but having to pick up the check...which you get what you pay for.

Our server, Abby, was very knowledgeable about the GF menu, and easy to get a GF menu right away and had a decent variety of offerings. . Food was good. Wine is half price on Mondays. Very friendly staff.

Not something we can afford on a regular basis but what an amazing anniversary dinner! The most perfectly cooked steak I've had at a restaurant in years! Staff was also attentive and our server was familiar with the Gfree menu options and preparation.

Have GF menu with lots of options.

Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
