I have eaten at this location multiple times since being diagnosed with Celiac disease a few years ago. All of the servers and staff have been great for both take out and eating in the restaurant. The pizzas have all been tasty as well as the whoppie pie dessert which is also gluten free. My boyfriend says the gluten free pizzas taste like regular pizza.

This is a place that I have been several times with a crowd of folks. The pizza if great. I have never had an issue from eating there! The only complaint I have is that it is really noisy. The music is so loud that you can only have a conversation with the person next to you. Other than that the food and service are good. I will go back but I may just do take out.

Always delicious but the seem to drop the ball more often than not if you don't engage management. ALWAYS ask to speak to a manager here.

I have been to other flatbreads without issue. Last night was the second time I was glutened at this particular location. Never happens at the other ones. For some reason, they always remove the pizza from the aluminum tray they bake it in, and serve it on the ones they serve everyone else’s pizza on. Why? none of the other locations do this. Those trays may be washed, but transferring to other surfaces is not safe in a place like this. I watched them cut and transfer pizza without washing, changing, or soaking a single hand, board, or pizza cutter (looked like the cutters were color coded by vegetarian, vegan, and meaty). Honestly, it wasn’t even busy this time and I still had issues.

Great food and I was able to order any pizza I wanted on a small GF crust. I used to love going to Flatbread prior to going gluten free and was so excited to have success with this pizza.

I love the pizza here but have reacted at least three times. I finally got it through my head that it isn’t safe to eat.

This is our favorite pizza! We love the variety of organic and local toppings. Gourmet pizza is pricey and add on another $20ish for gf crusts and my family of four never gets out of there for under $100. Even if we do takeaway. Not a weekly thing but good to quell a pizza craving!

Had a reaction after eating here last night. Had eaten here once or twice after finding out i was celiac, and was fine, but after last night likely won’t be returning.

The pizza tastes amazing, but is insanely expensive. I am not so sure it is safe either, but I could have been reacting to something else I ate.

Oh no, originally gave 5 stars about 8 months ago. But yesterday had a bad reaction. When I picked up the pizza the hostess asked if I had Celiacs and if I'd had their pizza before. I said "yes and no reaction." She replied "oh good." 4 hours later that conversation made sense in a different way. Sadly downgrading to not celiac safe.

Great food, lots of options. Already a little pricey (small flatbreads are $11-$15). Add on another $4.25 for gluten free crust to up it some more. Staff was great though, and i couldn't even tell the food (and dessert) I got was gluten free.

Quite honestly the best gluten free crust I've had. Docked a star because they really up the price to make it gluten free.

The pizza dough is very mushy and seems uncooked in the middle. I have tried them several times hoping they would get better but it's the same each time I go. This was one of my favorite pizza places to go to before I was diagnosed.

This was my favorite pizza before Celiac and GF. However GF pizza is not up to standard with a few other GF crusts available. Good, not great like other pizza. I would like it if they changed their crust. They are a great restaurant though. Very aware and avoid cross contamination.

Pizza crust is ok, toppings are great! Salads and dressings are also very good. Gluten Free Whoopie Pies are the best! Atmosphere is great but it can be very loud at times. Call ahead or go on weekday evenings to avoid long waits.

Gf pizza wasn't very good - they used a Pre-bought crust instead of a homemade one & you could tell - but the gf desert was AMAZING - next time I'll skip dinner & go straight to desert

This place is great. I love the gf pizza and they have gf dessert as well! My son loves seeing the big oven where the pizza cooks. They cook the gf pizzas on a tray not directly on the oven floor like they do with the gluten ones. Love it!

I was so excited to try here given all the reviews, but unfortunately got extremely sick. We were told they prep GF in a separate area, but I found out after they use the same oven for all pizzas so I assume that’s where cross contamination happened, but it’s impossible to know for sure Two days later and I’m still paying for it though.

gf pizza came out separately, cooked on a tin in the oven to prevent CC! very friendly and quick service with plenty of options. I have been to multiple locations (North Conway, Portsmouth, Portland) all with similar pleasant experiences.

Amazing pizza with really good crust- doesn’t taste gf! I’ve been coming here for years and the waiters are always incredibly knowledgeable (I think one of the head chefs has celiac). The pizza is cooked in a tin and is prepared and sliced in a separate area. They also have delicious gluten free brownie sundaes! Definitely come here whenever you’re in Portland!

Great pizza and GF menu options are prepared in a dedicated area and then cooked in the brick oven but on a foil tray to prevent cross contamination.
