Celíacs dont go I went to take dinner , because of the good previous reviews. However, Paolo ( the waiter) explained me that the GF pasta Is cooked in the same boiled water where regular pasta does, and the GF pizza Is cooked in the same oven that regular does. So, I didn't eat there. He was very knowledgeable and adviced me , in my celiac condition, that it was no safe for me.

I had been to this resteraunt a few years before I was diagnosed and it was incredible, but I just went back because I heard they had some GF options. Was a bit skeptical because some resteraunts GF pasta just isn’t good but Flavios was incredible. It wasn’t just a dry penne like everywhere else, it was a flat noodle and it genuinelly tasted like pasta. Their items were not marked GF but I just told the waiter and he said they had GF noodles and pizza crust. Most of their appetizers and meat entrees are GF as well! None of their sauces have flour as a thickener and they had some GF bread! All the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend!

They made a nice GF focaccia rosemary bread for us to start. The seared octopus came with a garlic sauce which I had asked to leave off since I am allergic to garlic. The server was very apologetic and had it remade free of charge. My salmon entree was over cooked and dry. My husbands GF pasta entree was over cooked which was too bad because it was rigatoni and he loves that!

My daughter spent the entire evening vomiting after being glutened here. We ordered the gluten free pizza and indicated that our daughter had celiac disease. We were told when picking up the pizza that it was gluten free, but based on how sick she was, it either wasn’t gluten free at all or had a lot of cross-contamination.

Restaurant offers gluten free pasta and pizza (not on menu, but are available). There are a few GF appetizers. When asked, they said they could make the pasta with fresh water in a clean colander and cook the pizza on a clean pan in the oven and cut it with a clean pizza cutter. We ended up with the caprese salad and two GF pizzas. The crust was fine… not very crispy but it was a good delivery system for the toppings! The mozzarella is fresh and the sausages on their pizzas are GF. Server was amazing and had no problem getting our questions answered from the kitchen multiple times throughout the night. Great place to eat if you don’t mind asking questions and specifically telling the server what you need.

We had a great meal here. My son is a very reactive celiac- who is also 3. He had the gluten free pasta and ate most of my gluten free scallops, shrimp and veggies (asparagus) too! All the non gluten free crew also enjoyed there food (and no reactions, yay!) the owner is a bit harsh- but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Don’t miss this place if you’d like a nice meal!
