Husband has celiac. He becomes sick with any cross contamination. This restaurant has a separate fryer, gluten free bun. They take precautions for cross contamination and understandable as what it is. Plus the good was great!

I am always comforted by wait staff who take celiac disease seriously. Emily checked ingredients with the chef for me and even brought out the recipe for their house made ranch dressing, which was gluten-free and sublime, by the way. I had the Red Door Burger without the crispy shallots (not GF) and swapped with grilled onions instead. For those who prefer a bit more texture, a fresh onion slice would also do just fine. The burger and fries were so delicious, I could barely sit still. My husband said my GF fries tasted fresher than his regular fries, probably due to the dedicated GF fryer not being used for anything other than GF fries. We topped off our meal with shakes, apple pie shake for him, chocolate for me. They were so thick, we had to eat them with a spoon! My only regret is we live 3 hours away or I would make this my go-to spot for burgers. If you're in the area, don't miss it.

We were at Children’s Hospital near by for my daughters Celiac appointment. Logged into find me gf and was pleasantly surprised when I came across such great reviews for here. It was soooooo good. My daughter had the cheeseburger and fries with an Udis bun and I had a cheeseburger and fries lettuce wrap. (I’m not an udis bun fan). They were amazing. They have dedicated fryers and brought our gf orders out separately from my husbands no gf order. We also ordered a shake and the waiter went back to double check all of the ingredients to make sure it was safe. We were so hungry and it was so good, I didn’t take the time to take a pic. Highly recommend...

They took care to meet my needs. They have a dedicated fryer! They can make you gluten free tempura! Their chocolate shakes are made with real (rich, intensely flavored) chocolate ice cream, and since they do boozy shakes I had them add Baileys. <3 I had the Red Door Burger, amazing. I did the lettuce wrap version (they have gluten free buns, too), honestly I can’t imagine how it could have been any better, the lettuce version was amazing, juicy burger, Brie cheese, smoked bacon chunks in a honey mayo as toppings, and I had them add tomato. This place is kinda “corporate”, but awesome

I have severe Celiac and I am super sensitive to cross contamination this place is amazing! The staff is super friendly knowledgeable and wonderful! They have dedicated kitchen space that they prepare food for allergies. Awesome variety of appetizers the burgers are to-die-for! The milkshakes are also gluten-free you can just opt out of pie, cake or brownie toppings on the milkshakes They also they have variety of gluten-free cider at least 10 different kinds! ss well gluten-free beer on tap!

This place can be gluten/celiac friendly. However, I did order online for takeout and marked my allergy and marked that I need a gluten free bun. It did not show up on their end as a marked allergy. We received our order and got back home and I had a regular bun. At this point, it was too late to avoid.

I called the restaurant and let them know about the error. Seems to be a more gluten friendly environment when ordering in person or over the phone. Avoid their online ordering system for things like this.

Our server made sure to make a note for the kitchen that we needed GF. My daughter had the burger w/ fries and no reaction! Both our server and busboy confirmed the dedicated fryers. We’ve come here for dinner the last 3 years and she’s never had any issues.

Our families go to stop for a safe gluten free meal for our son. Mostly burgers, sandwiches and specialty milkshakes. They have dedicated gluten free prep areas and deep fryer, just make sure to mention your needs.
