Don't walk past! Although the name is a right turn off this place has the best gluten free pizza base I've ever had. Light and fluffy deep pan pepperoni was amazing. Gluten free beer also available. I had no reaction after visiting this establishment.
Don’t be deterred by the name- this place is amazing! I was in the mood for basic pizza so I had a plain pepperoni pizza. My non-celiac boyfriend even liked it! Super fluffy crust, but also crispy, kind of like garlic bread. They also have a variety of pizza options for the basic and fancy pizza lovers. 100% recommend, and I waited 24 hours before posting this. No reaction for this celiac!
Had a great experience with server and staff who were all very kind and willing to answer my questions. Unfortunately, my Nima sensor showed “gluten found” when I tested the (supposedly) gf pizza. Super disappointing- it looked amazing.
I will start by saying, the staff is AWFUL. The hostess used a menu to hide bird poop on our table instead of cleaning it up. Then we waited 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table and another 10 for some one to take out order. That being said, THE PIZZA IS AMAZING!!! Definitely eat here but don’t expect much from the service.
The best GF pizza crust I have ever had. I am GF and DF, they even have daiya cheese. The staff is super knowledgeable and up front about how the only thing they cannot control is cross contamination from flour in the air. They sell a he gluten free crust and make it fresh in house daily. I highly recommend this place!!
Their menu says gluten free pizza dough but when I asked about the preparation they said the oven is shared. Waiters are not trained in gluten free items, she literally offered me no options so I ordered a capresse salad hoping that won't get me sick.
Pizza here was delicious, we had the pepperoni and a bacon and gorgonzolla one which was great. The servers are really aware and they warned about flour in the air but said the chefs would otherwise do everything they could to decrease cc risk. Had no problems and the pizza base is really special, very thick and light. It is made with a flour I never heard of and they use a gf sorghum beer to air the dough. It was amazing. It’s also square because it’s tray baked which guarantees no mix ups.
Had the most delicious gf pizza here...made from scratch dough everyday, thick, chewy and amazing. Their garlic cream sauce is not gf but regular red sauce is. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Have separate cooking space but risk of cc in air.
