Yum!! Great options and design your own rolls.
Amazing food and service! They have an allergy list and a separate prep area for GF food.

I told the first person in line I was GF and he gave me suggestions and helped pick sauces etc. they change their gloves, and prepare your food on a different mat/different counter to avoid cross contamination. They have GF soy sauce and lots of fresh options!

Told them I was gluten sensitive and they were very knowledgable and prepared mine away from the main line and it was fantastic! Great service and food.
Another location also in new part of Easton, Worth Ave. Columbus OH, 43219. Chipotlesque build your own sushi. Lots of Gf ingredients, incl cooked fish and meat kids like, also GF soy sauce and other sauces. Very careful and knowledgable staff who use GF dedicated bamboo mats, hand cut of roll instead of machine, allergen-conscientious prep. Fun beverage choices, too, such as fresh ginger lemonade.

Ordered gluten free and vegan dishes by delivery. Directions and warnings about gluten intolerance were ignored. I got sick following the meal and would not recommend for those with celiac disease.

I felt so safe ordering from this location! The online allergy sheet is very easy to follow. Ordered online and made a note that I’m not just gluten free but celiac, and the team wrote a note on my order bag to reassure me my meal was handled with care. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Fusian again 🥰

This is not safe for celiacs. I’ve given it several chances, gotten sick twice (I tried again because I had so many good experiences before). The tempura used to be marked GF, after getting sick I emailed them, and the GF label on the tempura shrimp has since been removed. Assuming that’s what got me really sick last time.
I tried it again since I’d had great experiences and tried it without getting anything fried. As they made the roll, they were doing everything right with changing gloves and getting a new sheet but immediately after placed it on a cutting board with wonton wrappers covered in flour and tried to cut it with the same knife. Then the solution was to flip the board upside down when I asked if they could remake it and explained why.
The staff is nice and the food tastes good so I’m really sad but I’m not coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it for celiacs.
