I have celiac and love going here. The bbq ribs are amazing! They did get rid of the dedicated fryer so no more French fries :-( But I respect that they updated their menu to mashed potatoes.

Ok they have a separate gluten free menu and it has quite a bit of stuff on it so that was amazing! But the fries are no longer gluten free so you get offered a side salad or veggies. My food even came out separate so they know what they are doing there. The burger was excellent!

Some Hard Rock locations have a gluten-free menu but some do not. Please check the particular location you are interested in.
Disappointed because i loooove french fries!!! I went back in July 22, had a great experience, talked to the waiter, informed him of my celiac, no problem ate a burger and EXTRA fries because if the dedicated fryer all was good no reactions, fast forward to November 22 and there is no dedicated fryer. I told the waiter a previous waiter a few months back assured me of the dedicated fryer, he said well I know everything's fried together so I would suggest a different side. Not sure if something changed in the matter of 4 months but buyer beware. I asked to speak to a manager but none came by. I'm not sure who to trust so I would heir on the side of caution in regards to the fries. Hope this saves someone a "crappy" night =)

Went here with my daughter who is also a celiac. They did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the cross contamination with certain foods.

Woof. Ugh. They tried…
So the nice thing was, they had a GF menu. However, apparently the night was not their night.
The waitress was great. She checked to make sure the fries were in a dedicated fryer (they were, which was awesome). But the food took forever to come because of some kitchen “issues” with folks being out (foreshadowing).
So our food finally came (we weren’t in a rush) and I had the GF chicken sandwich- bun was ok. BUT…. There was also a side of coleslaw - which I had a bite from and should be safe… should be as long as there isn’t A WHOLE BREADED AND DEEP FRIED ONION RING AND ONION RING REMNANTS BURIED INSIDE THE COLESLAW CONTAINER. I wish I was kidding.
I told the waitress, who was great. And we spoke to the manager, who was great and mortified that happened. She comped our entire meal and made a cross contamination report and was going to release her fury onto the kitchen staff to get to the bottom of how that was able to happen.
I got bloated that night but I must have avoided most of the onion ring. Celiacs beware of this spot… check your coleslaw.
One star for the ick. Plus one because the manager was knowledgeable and attentive. I think this was a one off. But buyer beware.

Extensive GF menu and our server was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My daughter and husband both have Celiac disease and were thrilled to learn they could have the fries, due to the restaurant having a dedicated fryer. My husband had the salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans. Said the fish and beans were excellent, the potatoes a bit bland. My daughter had a burger and fries. She said the GF bun was good (it didn't fall apart immediately) and the meal was huge, so she only ate ~half. Hubby was happy, as he could then take her leftovers for lunch the next day. Will definitely be back!
Yes
There's a separate GF menu ( with plenty of options ). I got the pulled pork sandwich. The roll looked great but as soon as I picked up the sandwich the roll fell apart ! Still it's nice that they have a roll however it falls short. It wasn't too dry but I've certainly had better.
I have celiac and am pretty sensitive to cross contamination. Our server was very knowledgeable and happy to help me select a safe gf meal. They have a dedicated fryer so it was a treat to have French fries. They also have gf buns. I waited to post this review until one day after dining there so I’m sure that I didn’t develop symptoms after the fact.
The wait staff are the most amazing people. They are all very knowledgeable about what is and what isn't gluten free on their menu. They are always willing to answer any questions and provide feedback and advice on what is safe.
Yes
Server was very nice but wasn't sure what I could safely have. Manager had no idea. She stood at the table for several minutes only saying "she was thinking". I didn't eat.
location at Foxwoods was great, I'm gluten intolerant and our waitress Cieanna was celiac. I was able to have a burger on a GF bun and French fries along with all the salad dressings and sauces.
Our server did not really understand my questions about being gluten free. She went back to kitchen, returned and said they could do a burger with no bun, but seemed unsure. We decided to not risk it- they gave us our drinks for free which was nice. My rating is just based on this single experience.
Chef will accommodate to maintain gluten free meals, just speak to your server. Hostess was sweet enough to ask the chef before we even sat down. Staff is knowledgable and repeatedly said what was gluten free and that it was gluten free when it was brought to the table which made me feel safe with all their group communication! Had a cheeseburger with lettuce for a bun, fries on the side. Fries are in a fry only fryaltor. Yum! :)
Great service, best Chicken sandwich with chips 🤪👍😍

I called ahead and spoke to the manager to ask about how safely I could eat at this restaurant gluten-free. He assured me not to eat the fries as they recently switched brands and they would have wheat - and now the fryer would be cross contaminated, so don’t order wings
I asked his name and if he would be there and could babysit my meals since I am driving seven hours tomorrow
The manager was leaving - and yet he share with the next manager name Sam
When I arrived, I met Sam who had told the kitchen staff and bartender of my sensitive food allergy
I have had to eat this way for 19 years - and I have learned how important it is to talk to a manager and stress how important it is to eat out without cross contamination…- and yay! I had a great pulled pork sandwich on a GF bun with mashed potatoes and it was delicious and I didn’t get sick!

GF burger was awful. Avoid for a proper meal. Wings were nice but the patty from the burger is one of the worst I’ve had. Go elsewhere!
