This place is delish and wonderfully accommodating. They take cross contamination seriously and reassured that all gluten free items are made in a designated portion of their kitchen. The staff and manager are so kind and make it fun for my daughter (celiac) to eat there.

I can never eat ramen out, so I was THRILLED to discover this place. There is a separate GF menu with plenty of options. I got the edamame and shoyu ramen with teriyaki chicken (? Been a few weeks but I believe that was my order). The gf ramen is made with rice noodles and the broth was delicious. They are very allergy aware and even brought me strawberry mochi ice cream at the end on the house! Will definitely return next time I’m in omaha.

We were here from out of town and my daughter wanted ramen. Used the app to find this place. Liked that it had a separate gluten free menu. The staff was super nice and informed me that all gluten free items are made in a separate part of the kitchen to avoid cross contact which always make me feel so much better. Food was yummy and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Before being seated I asked if they used separate water for the gluten free. Johnny (Who we learned is a co-owner) immediately assured me there are separate spaces to prevent cross- contamination. His response was "If I had a daughter who was Celiac I would feel comfortable with her eating here."

I am also dairy free and he made sure what I ordered was gluten and dairy free. (What I originally wanted actually wasn't dairy free even though it looked like it would be. They know all their ingredients.)

Our order came out slower than others, which I was actually happy about because I knew it was being prepared carefully.

Johnny chatted with us shared how much they want their customers to feel comfortable and safe eating gluten free here.

We got the chicken teriyaki bowl and the Miso ramen on the GF menu.

The decor was fun with action figures, and posters as the decor. The music was louder than I prefer, but that is just me.

Overall it was a great experience and I felt safe eating here. Plus I love supporting local to Omaha!

Best gluten free Ramen I've ever had! I got the miso Ramen with brisket. The broth was very rich, and the brisket was tender, and the fat was nice and melty. There was plenty of noodles, which left me feeling full and satisfied. They have a separate gluten free menu if you ask for it. Looking forward to trying the chicken teriyaki Don next time I visit!

I am a sensitive celiac had real ramen for the first time in years. They have a separate GF menu with three kinds of ramen plus build your own. They also had a teriyaki chicken don, GF appetizers, and desserts. They gave me free mochi ice cream and my son got a free tempura Oreo (not GF) for being first time customers. The waitress was very knowledgeable and said the owners love suggestions of how to make the GF experience even better. But I have no feedback!
