Great take out experience - the Thunderbird was amazing. I am really sensitive to gluten and dairy and was able to modify things to have a really good meal. The gluten free bun was the best I have ever tried. Gluten free truffle fries were just ok - a bit salty, but still a treat to have gf fries. **update: I did get a delayed dairy reaction but not 100% sure it was from this meal. Use caution if you are really sensitive to dairy too**
I love this restaurant. Healthy and I have celiac and never get sick !
Just had my first experience here. Best gluten free burger I have had in the last 5 years. Bun is delicious and burger moist. I am only in town a week but I will be going back again.

They are so so great at gluten free. They have a special allergy card they give the chef and their gluten free bun is quite good. I've eaten here 5 times and haven't gotten sick yet!
Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. They use a red tag for allergy alert. Only french fries go in fryer. I felt safe and would definitely go back again.

You can choose any of the burgers listed, with a GF bun. Dedicated fryer for the fries. Felt very safe when the cashier brought a red tag/allergies attention to the cuisine with our order.
I didn’t get sick but I’m also not super sensitive / don’t always know when I’m exposed even though I’m celiac.
It’s nice that they make their gf buns and the fries are safe to eat, but honestly the burger was bland and I didn’t feel any safer than average eating here.
Food was delicious, however I was sick shortly after eating it… my usual gluten reaction.
Their GF bun was better than most places. The fries are in a dedicated frier. Staff was knowledgeable. Good food
