The atmosphere was laid back and the building itself was beautiful, but the staff completely lacks any knowledge of the seriousness of celiac/gluten intolerance. I asked the waitress for a gluten free menu, which had plenty of options, and emphasized that my sandwich needed to be completely gluten free. After taking a bite of my sandwich, which when it was given to me was declared as gluten free, I knew immediately that it was a regular wheat bun. I asked the waitress to please to go back ask the kitchen if they had used a gluten free bun, and they had not. She offered to bring out a gluten free bun for me to switch the content of my sandwich on to. I politely declined. The waitress admitted that this exact situation had happened to another customer the week prior, which tells me management did nothing to address the issue in the staff which caused this to happen. They took my meal off the bill and offered me coupons for free wings which they make in a shared fryer with boneless wings. Needless to say, I was poisoned due their carelessness, but I truly hope they educate themselves and don't continue hurting innocent customers who just wanted to enjoy a night out, but will instead, suffer through weeks of illness and pain.
No
Almost no one in the place and it takes forever to get anything.
full of cross-contamination (all cooking surfaces are shared, listed on bottom of menu) waitresses had no idea what gluten is... my chowder came out with glutenfull crackers on the side, therefore chef was not informed or shows they are not careful. went home sick to my stomach. will not eat there again. Not... celiac friendly at all.

I eat here regularly! They have gluten sensitive menu and a separate fryer for their wings. The manager always makes me feel very safe when it comes to cross contamination as well.

Our time here was very poor. Took 15 minutes for the waitress to first see us and they did not have GF buns, which they still tried to charge onto our bill. Overall, it is disappointing when you have hopes of eating certain foods and they mess it up/don’t have it available. I wouldn’t go back.

Before sitting, I asked the hostess if they had gluten free, she said yes. Then she handed me a “gluten sensitive” menu. The waitress wasn’t sure if they had separate fryer, etc. she said “their could be cross contamination but it’s gluten free, etc.” I ordered from the GS menu, the Baja fish- which was grilled. But it came w chips on the side and waitress still didn’t know if there was a separate fryer. Manager came over and said there can always be cross contamination but they’ll change gloves if someone’s celiac. Just didn’t seem like their people were trained and I left unsure if I should have eaten or not. (I did) fingers crossed.
