I dined here for dinner knowing they had GF bread, as well as other options on the menu. The employee specifically asked if I had a gluten allergy and assured me they would take extra caution when preparing my sandwich. My husband isn’t gluten sensitive, so his food arrived on a normal plate. Mine was in a sealed box, with the seal acknowledging a gluten allergy. I feel confident knowing they did their best to avoid cross-contamination.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.
