I’ve eaten here 5 times now so I think I’m ready to make a review! I like to give a restaurant a few times to truly tell is it’s a good choice.

I have celiac, very sensitive, and have had amazing experiences here. The one thing I will note is that there are a few waiters that could use a bit more knowledge. Some of the waiters are fantastic and know instantly and a few have to go to the kitchen when asked a question. Either way, I’m happy because I get my answer and am safe. But it would be great to have all the staff as knowledgeable. The gf items come out with a red “allergy” sticker.

I have eaten the caprese salad multiple times, along with many of the pasta dishes. The cacio e pepe & vodka pastas are my favorite. They have gf penne and they do use fresh- gf- water to make the pasta!

The panna cotta doesn’t say it’s gf on the dessert menu but I have now had it multiple time, as the chef and many staff have said it is in fact gluten free. It’s delicious.

This place is very busy and can be quite loud but it is a great option for an Italian night out!

If you are also diabetic and trying to stay low carb be ready for some torture. There’s not much to choose from except for the salad with protein but the shrimp was MUSHY and disgusting. Went back cuz my bf loved the pizza but the steak I ordered medium was beyond rare. Overall bad experience and don’t want to go back

Wow! What a great experience for lunch here. While they don’t have anything marked on the menu, they can do any of the pasta dishes with GF penne. I confirmed that it is cooked in dedicated GF water.

After placing my order and noting a gluten “allergy” the manager, Mike, came to the table and asked who had the allergy and if I had any other restrictions they need to know about. I let him know that I’m celiac and he said that his daughter is as well. He assured that I will we taken of and to enjoy a relaxed meal!

This was so comforting and I felt very safe eating here. I had the bolognese and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

The food here was amazing! I have the gluten free penne pasta a la vodka and the penne cota, both of which were absolutely fantastic. Even better, I was able to safely eat at the bar because even the bartender was knowledgeable enough to help me, it was great!

Was really excited to check this place out. Altho I did not get sick, I didn’t have a great meal. I just wanted a Bolognese of some sort. They did one on top of a gf penne. The sauce itself was great but the pasta came out tasting completely under cooked. It was a busy Monday and ate at the bar, would give them another chance solely because I didn’t get sick.

Amazing experience! So many good options. Ranged from many appetizers, main dishes and an amazing chocolate desert. My waiter had celiacs and all the staff was beyond knowledgeable. On member even came to the table to talk to me and overall state how he would like to make my experience stress free and enjoyable. Would recommend this to everyone.

This place was amazing. The waitress let the manager, chef and food runners know I had celiac disease. They were able to sub gf pasta and it was delicious- even came out with an allergy sticker. Highly recommend!!

Waiter was excellent…manager came out to check on us as well. Very comfortable with multiple allergies (gluten, egg, dairy, peanut). Lots of options.

Got gluten free vodka sauce penne

Came out with a regular noodle mixed in my pasta !!!

I asked waiter and she said it was boiled in the same water as regular pasta!!

I would've gotten so sick- and sadly I don't think the chef cared I was watching his reaction the whole time and seemed very clueless about celiac

Amazing experience. I am newly diagnosed Celiac. Manager, Josh came out and reassured me they have my back. All plates came out with stickers indicating they are aware of allergy. Is our local favorite place and was not sure if they have accommodations for celiacs. I felt very Comfortable and will definitely keep Louie BOSSI on our to go place. Desiree, hostess, always a bright smiley face when we check in.

Any of the pasta can be gluten free. Waitress was knowledgeable about allergies and made sure the cooks knew of it. My food came out with an allergy sticker. Very good food!

I loved my experience here!! My server was very familiar with Celiacs ordering at the restaurant and told me all the pastas can be made separately with GF pasta. I had the penne ala vodka which was delicious and the dish came out with an allergy sticker on it!!

Very accommodating for Celiac. Food runners came to the table and identified the Celiac meal. Very knowledgable and safe.

Amazing! Can’t say enough about the food, atmosphere, or the knowledgeable staff. Meals all GF (except pizza) as long as you ask for GF pasta and alert staff of allergy/celiac. Even had a chocolate dessert that was awesome.

Fantastic experience! Staff was knowledgeable and offered recommendations to accommodate both me and my finicky teen. Food was delicious! Courtyard dining was beautiful too!

Super yummy. They have GF penne and you can have many items in the menu GF. I had the spaghetti but with the GF penne and it was really nice. They also have a chocolate dessert that is GF and was good too!

This place is awesome. The environment is lovely, a bit loud but overall lovely. You can order any of their pastas and sub with gf penne. They have a wide range of salads and charcuterie boards that are gf also. We sat at the bar and were able to watch the ladies making all of the salads and boards. The bread is handled in a completely separate area.

Separate menu and manager came out to ensure we understood that Chef knows how to manage a GF kitchen. No problems and the food was good

I rarely ever write a review BUT this restaurant was excellent. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy/celiac, they are so attentive. The manager came out to speak to me & everything, they even had an allergy sticker on my pasta to know the difference. It was excellent.

The menu isn’t marked, but the server was knowledgeable in explaining what’s gluten free. They have gf noodles and can make any of their pastas with it. Plus their $13 bottomless mimosas/bellinis were very good too.

Waiter couldn't answer any questions and wouldn't even send a chef or manager over. At this point, I was starving so I ordered what I thought would be safe. Never have I seen a restaurant that was so unmanaged even on a Tuesday night.

Although they do not have a gluten free menu, they do offer gf penne. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the service was great! Highly recommend the spaghetti with gf penne
