When the server wasn’t sure about gluten free options she called over her manager who was able to help us navigate the menu. We did not get sick.

I had the Chicken Piccata. Server was knowledgeable but admitted she did not know everything possible. Food was good, it could have used a bit more capers. Chicken was grilled. I was not offered GF bread as stated in previous reviews. Wanted a Cesar Salad, I was told all their dressings have gluten. We thought we might go back on a less busy night. ( Friday at 5:30 in December)

This place is a must! The chef came to my table told me what he recommends and what he can do. Mainly any thing on the menu he can make gluten free. I got the big ziti! Also had gluten free bread rolls. I will definitely be coming back to this place!

Fantastic experience! Chef Brandon came to our table to tell me what was safe and to take my order. He also offered me a gluten free bread loaf and a complimentary GF appetizer. I have a wonderful meal. The staff was amazing. Highly recommend this place! We’ll be back!

This is my second time visiting and it was amazing. They have a gf penne pasta that can be paired with different sauces. I've had the baked ziti both times. The chef came out to discuss my allergies and assure me of their practices and wanted to know if I would like some gf bread. He said they just got it in and it takes 10 minutes to bake which of course, yes please! They were yummy squishy goodness!
The waiter asked about dietary restrictions when we sat down, then brought out a dedicated allergen chef to talk with me about my restrictions and what I’d like to order.

food was good and definitely celiac friendly. I would happily recommend this!

I am not celiac, my wife is, although I react with stomach pain. I had some, not severe stomach pain but my wife is crying right now cause of the painful reaction. We had a manager helping us,but you can guess, that didn't help at all.
No
Food was great and they were quite familiar with all the allergens and how to work around them. Some of their dishes were either already GF and others could be made GF (except the stuffed dishes). Service was very slow so if you go, expect to be there for a 2-3 hours.

I am celiac and did not get sick. A staff person came to our table and confirmed my gluten free order and assured me it was being taken care of. We got a ceaser salad with the croutons on the side for my gluten eating companions and I enjoyed the gf penne with meat sauce as well as creme brûlée for dessert.

Service was good! Food was crunchy pasta! No thanks.
The chef's are great here and will make you whatever you want! I'm also dairy (cow) and egg intolerant and they make me the best gluten-free chicken parmesan (w/goat cheese). So so good!
Got so sick after eating their GF pasta. Got the portion with the "free take home" and when I went to reheat it saw there was a bow tie noodle among my GF noodles. No wonder I got sick!!!
I had a great experience here. While dining for a special occasion, I asked if they had a GF menu. They did not (may have one now it's been over a year) and the chef personally came out and spike to me, made my meal and came out to make sure it was satisfactory! It was the best dang GFCF meal I've ever had that I didn't cook myself! No joke!
Disappointed. Only one gluten free pasta dish, penne pasta. They did say they could make some gluten free chicken dishes.

I was looking for a safe choice at the Dallas airport and was happy to see Maggiano's as an option. I've eaten at many locations and have always had a good experience. All the pasta choices can be made gluten free, except the ravioli. They have a separate prep area for pasta, and staff was well informed of preparation measures.

Our server was gluten free which was awesome. Had a Ceasar salad, the bruschetta with cucumber slices instead of bread. And penne gf noodles with vodka sauce. All sauces are gluten free

No gluten-free menu but they seem to take allergies VERY seriously. The chef comes out to take the order personally and provides GF substitutes. Many options!
