They can substitute gluten free pasta, but there are so many other parts of the dish and some contain gluten. The menu doesn't provide any clarity and the staff was not helpful, and why should they have to recite the menu to me? Just indicate in the menu was can be gf with the substitution.
That said, the steak I got was not that great.

They do in fact have gluten-free choices, and when you say that you have a gluten allergy, they have the actual chef that prepares your food come tableside. Excellent for the celiac. We visited there today and I had a dish called chicken français. Well done meal!!! All of their sauces are gluten-free except for one, and they do in fact have gluten-free pastas as well.

So impressed!! I was recently diagnosed with celiacs and haven’t had much eating out experience because I have been afraid of getting sick. When we told the hostess, she sent the chef out to personally assure us he could accommodate my allergy. He was so kind and my food was delicious. I will absolutely go back. Amazing experience!!

It's hit or miss, got GF pasta, a piece if regular pasta was stuck to the bottom of the plate. They were like, oh well. I was sick.
I had been kind of worried about going to a Maggiano's because of the reviews but our usual Italian place lost power so we decided to try it. I felt really good about the fact that the staff knew the protocol, from the hostess to the waiter and chef. To be safe I went for a non pasta dish and ordered the filet and risotto which was delicious! I didn't have any issues and I can usually tell pretty quickly after starting to eat. I had a good experience.
I've had to stop going. One time, perfect the next something like a regular noodle mixed in to the dish.
They made a good effort. The chef came out to recommend gluten free options and understood the importance to those with celiac. I was very impressed. But that soon turned to disappointment when I had eaten a few bites of my main dish and realized that they had put the wrong sauce on it. By then it was already too late. Just not good enough.

Best place to eat with food allergies, wonderful food and large portions. They make everything from scratch and the chef checks with you to make sure everything is correct as ordered.
I've eaten here three times this last time they were just as careful taking my order.
It was really good, but I noticed I was having a reaction.
There was a piece of regular pasta stuck to the bottom of my plate. It looked like they didn't clean the plate very well.
They didn't charge me, but it took for ever to get everyone their check and by then I was miserable.
Amazing food and excellent service! They do not have a separate GF menu, but they have GF penne to substitute with any dish! When you let your waiter know you have an allergy, the Chef personally comes to your table for you to place your order! Creme Brûlée is also GF (but not dairy-free), you can eat here without any worry of getting sick! Definitely worth a visit!
Yes
My food was good and I was able to eat withy family! The waiter was very patient.
Chef will come to your table to discuss GF options. No designated dishes. Taste is ok. Maybe if they made special dishes besides a plate of GF pasta with sauce, I would enjoy it more. For GF Italian food go to Biaggis. Huge GF menu with GF bread.
The food is not the best, but I love the cozy atmosphere. And the service is really good.
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
